Hey, MoHA here. We want the community to stay alive in this game for as long as possible, as community is one of the most important aspects of a strong nation. In today's article you can find a few ways to get involved in different areas of the eUK community.


Plug DJ

Plug DJ is a music website where people can set up their own rooms and share music with other people. There are several eRepublik room on Plug DJ, including the eUK room.

The most common time to find people in the eUK room is during the evenings, and when a few people join they generally shout on their friends feed to get more people involved. Why don't you pop down one evening and share your horrible music with the rest of us?


Military Unit Communities

There are lots of reasons to join a military unit. Firstly, you can get free food and weapons. Another reason is that you can get the latest fighting orders to help the eUK. But a very important reason is that there are lots of people to chat with and many military units hold special events such as competitions or strikes (where players work together and hit lots of damage).

The Ministry of Home Affairs does not recommend any particular military unit (to stay impartial) however if you are not enjoying your time in one military unit or find it is not active enough you can always try a different one!


Articles

Articles are fun, strange, interesting, exciting, crazy and pretty much every other adjective you can think of. Articles are a key part of the eUK community and you will often find competitions (there is even one in the media now, try to find it), stories and general uplifting walls of text.



It costs 2 gold to set up a newspaper and then you can write about anything you want. You can even get gold and an achievement when you get lots of subscribers! Taking 5 minutes to write an article can both fill your boredom and keep dozens of players interested in the game. The MoHA will be showing off good eUK articles over the next month so make sure you get your writing hat on!



So there you have it! You now have several ways to get involved in the eUK community, no excuse to shy out of it. eRepublik is more fun when you play the game with other people, and you don't have to invite your own friends to have friends in this game. Talk to people, take part in events and spread the love for some community spirit!
