[MoH] NHS CAP INCREASED!

So we have about 70 active NHS users at the moment all receiving 500 health per day absolutely FREE. Some citizens are in the NHS MU and some choose to remain in a MU of their chance and claim the NHS support. The point is we can accommodate for more people and so have taken the decision to extend the cap.

So effective immediately I am extending the NHS cap from level 24 to level 29

- Anyone level 29 and under can apply
- You can be in any MU
- You must be British
- You will receive 500 health daily

Voted. I'm still at the stage where I'm needing to buy around about 20GBP of food per day to meet the kill 25 enemies standing order. This is slowing down my ability to build new food factories. Do I cut back on fighting (and not fill the daily order) to get more food factories faster?

Keep fighting, just don't use weapons

Also, you can leave the NHS while still getting their supplies, join another and receive their supplies on top of what you already get
