Not the best idea to combine MoD and MoFA. Imho they got to be in contact daily, but the leader of the biggesr (or official MU) seems to be a good MoD. And the MoFA should better concentrate on negotiations and diplomacy
Well, a MoD doesn't have that much work to do... He would only post battle orders when there are important battles, which is once a month or so. If someone were a MoD, he'd only have a formal title and wouldn't have many duties. And being a MU Commander isn't that hard (you just post DO's on a regular basis). That's why it's kinda better that these two are fused, 'cause they share a lot of responsibilities in common.
I agree with you that it's not a good idea, but in our situation that's the best we can do until we can get an appropriate number of citizens to have a separate MoFA and MoD.
