[MoFA] Welcome to this new term!

I have been tasked by my seniors to write a ‘welcome’ article saying that we exist and we have a few plans to do this term! These plans entail:

1) Hack Argentina's Citizens um… er… I mean:

1) Renew Mutual Protection Pacts that we can afford, which will be around 3 but more could be funded by private citizens
2) Tell allies who will not get MPP’s renewed about our blooming situation
3) Help our allies in any problem they require foreign assistance
4) Request help from allies if needed
