[MoFA] The Geopolitical Monster

Day 1,866, 20:33 Published in Australia Australia by Callumh123

Hello all, I have noticed some eAustralians are having trouble understanding our current predicament, where we are in regards to World Politics/Diplomacy and all that. I am going to do some short sentences explaining the behemoth which is geopolitics.

Alliances-

Eden-

Members: Albania, Argentina, Bosnia, China, Colombia, Croatia, Greece, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Taiwan, Turkey and Ukraine.

Current State of Alliance (Main Countries):

Goo😛 Romania, China and Turkey.

Ba😛 Argentina, Greece, Croatia

Comment: Though they do contain lots of strong countries, CoTWO are working together in some instances to bring down Eden powers such as Greece. That also complemented by USA and Brasil changing their geopolitical stance to Pro CoT, changing the balance of power.

Eden has experienced some of its smaller but loyal countries leaving due to lack of help provided by the Alliance. Australia left the alliance at the end of 2011.

CoT-

Members: Belgium, Bulgaria, Chile, Japan, Indonesia, Mexico, New Zealand, Paraguay, Peru, Macedonia, Moldova, South Korea and Switzerland.

Trial Members: Lithuania

Current State of Alliance (Main Countries):

Goo😛 Chile, Macedonia, Bulgaria and Indonesia

Comment: The partnership of some CoT nations with TWO has given both alliances the edge needed to defeat Eden countries, particularly in the Balkans and South America. This, plus USA and Brasil assisting CoT in battles has pushed them over the line.

TWO-

Members: Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Trial Members: Estonia, Latvia and Venezuela.

Current State of Alliance (Main Countries):

Good: All.

Comment: TWO has truly emulated early ONE. Winning major battles in the Balkans and Eastern Europe the TWO alliance could not be much stronger than it is currently. And partnered by some CoT nations TWO will remain as a dominate power for months to come in Europe.

Conclusion:

The balance of power has well and truly shifted all over the word. Argentina is close to being wiped, Greece and Croatia in bad shape as well as smaller nations in Eden taking a hit as well. My prediction is Eden will last another 2 months, with one of the major countries leaving in a month.

CoT will gain USA, Brasil and Russia as trial members. The CoTWO relationship is hard to predict. When Eden breaks up they will find each other as opponents rather than allies. However, the CoTWO relationship could break sooner over regions etc... It is a wait and see situation.
FAQ

Q: Why hasn’t the Foreign Affairs team started signing MPP’S?

A: The eChilean/eAustralian Treaty is currently in both respected countries voting halls. The eAustralian Senate is currently voting to change our MPP stack. But we can only start signing MPP’s with CoT nations when the treaty is ratified. CoT nations very much respect eChile and will not sign any MPP’s with us until peace has been negotiated.

Q: Why has the Foreign Affairs team been so inactive this month?

A: It’s quite the contrary; I have been in constant contact with eChile, eUSA and other potential allies. The reason why the Foreign Affairs team has not made any movement is because we are waiting anxiously for the treaty to be ratified.

Q: What is this “treaty”?

A: The treaty is to return 3 of eAustralia’s sovereign states and to build greater relations with eChile.

Q: Only 3 regions? Why not keep fighting then?

A: Because in our current situation we would not be able to resistance war one region successfully, and then keep it. Never mind 3. A treaty gives us a diplomatic way of eventually getting all necessary regions back.

Q: So does that mean we are joining CoT?

A: No, what the FA team and Senate are doing is signing off on replacing our old pro Eden stack with a pro CoT stack. This way our borders remain secure and opens us the possibility of eventually joinin the CoT alliance.

Q: If we are allies with all our neighbours what will we do for wars? We will all get bored!

A: It allows us to build up our strength and maintain some stability before eAustralia ventures into whatever comes next. We have two options for training wars with South Africa and New Zealand. Personally I would choose South Africa. One reason would be because we are such a good friends if there was a slip up in regions there would be no bad blood about it and we are similar in strength.
