[MoFA Report #4] War, alliances and something else...

Hello!
This is fourth and last issue of the MoFA Report in this month.
Philippines
vs Indonesia 
In few days our situation in the war against Indonesia had completely changed. For a moment we controlled three Indonesian core regions: Sulawesi, Maluku Islands and Papua, which gave us two resources (Cattle and Rubber).
The enemy started to recovering their cores before we conquered Papua. After a bitter battle Indonesia regained Sulawesi (8-6). They won this important battle - they took the initiative. First - they regained Maluku Islands (8-2). Second - they defended Lesser Sunda Islands (8-2). In this way, they gained access to our regions.
Unfortunately, they conquered three of four our provinces (in order: Mindanao, Palawan, Visayas) and now knocking on the gates of our capital region, Luzon.
Thanks to all our allies who are fighting for us against Indonesia!
