[MoFA-PL] Agreement between eNetherlands and ePoland [EN/PL]

Welcome again in a new part of Ministry Of Foreign Affairs' newspaper. Today we will introduce the treaty between ePoland and eNetherlands plus the explanation for Polish readers.

Agreement between The eNetherlands and ePoland.

- The eNetherlands represents: Kimberly McCullouch, President of eNetherlands
- ePoland represents: Coehoorn, President of ePoland

1. ePoland will release 1 occupied region: Northern Netherlands.

2. ePoland will hold 3 regions: Eastern Netherlands, Southern Netherlands, Western Netherlands. These regions will not be given up at any moment to any other country.

3. The eNetherlands will not start or support any resistance war in regions mentioned in point 2.

4. If ePoland lose control over one of regions from point 2:
- The eNetherlands will NE ePoland on request of ePoland,
- when all regions from point 2 are in control of ePoland a peace treaty will be signed and NE will be closed,
- all regions from point 1 (if are in control of ePoland) will be given back to The eNetherlands.

5. This agreement starts with the date of signing and will be renewed every 14th of month at 12:00 eRepublik time automatically, if sides will not agree otherwise.

6. The eNetherlands will pay the nation of ePoland the lease price of the province of Northern Netherlands, at a cost of 10000cc in the begining of each monthly period.


This treaty will come into immediate effect when the following 2 conditions have been met:
- Country Presidents mentioned above agree with this proposal,
- Sides have published this treaty in the official state newspaper of their countries.

Traktat pomiędzy eHolandią i ePolską.

- eHolandię reprezentuje: Kimberly McCullouch, Prezydent eHolandii
- ePolskę reprezentuje: Coehoorn, Prezydent ePolski

1. ePolska wyzwoli 1 okupowany region: Northern Netherlands.

2. ePolska zatrzyma 3 regiony: Eastern Netherlands, Southern Netherlands, Western Netherlands. Te regiony nie zostaną oddane żadnemu innemu krajowi.

3. eHolandia nie będzie zaczynać oraz wspierać powstań w regionach wymienionych w punkcie 2.

4. Jeśli ePolska straci kontrolę nad którymś z regionów wymienionych w punkcie 2:
- eHolandia wystawi NE na ePolskę na prośbę ePolski,
- gdy wszystkie regiony z punktu 2 będą pod polską kontrolą, traktat pokojowy zostanie podpisany, a wojna zostanie zamknięta,
- wszystkie regiony z punktu 1 (jeżeli są pod Polską kontrolą) zostaną oddane eHolandii.

5. Porozumienie wchodzi w życie z dniem podpisania i będzie odnawiane automatycznie 14 dnia każdego miesiąca o godzinie 12:00 czasu eRepublik, jeśli strony nie postanowią inaczej.

6. eHolandia będzie płaciła ePolsce kwotę dzierżawy za region Northern Netherlands w wysokości 10000cc na początku każdego miesięcznego okresu.


Ten traktat wchodzi w życie w momencie spełnienia 2 następujących warunków:
- Prezydenci wymienieni powyżej zgodzą się na warunki przedstawione w traktacie,
- Strony opublikują porozumienie w oficjalnych gazetach rządowych w swoich państwach.

Dzisiaj podpisaliśmy umowę, na mocy której zostanie wyzwolony kolejny okupowany region. Tym razem traktat dotyczy Northern Netherlands, który do tej pory znajdował się w rękach Polski. Od teraz jego dzierżycielem będzie Holandia, która zobowiązała się uiszczać miesięczną opłatę w wysokości 10.000 cc. Jest to kolejny krok celem realizacji polityki 'uspokojenia' powstańców na zachodzie, a przynajmniej tych wspieranych przez legalny rząd.
