[MoFA] Nebula, Training War & MPPs

First of all, we would like to congratulate Uruguay, on behalf of the Government of Israel and its citizens, for having joined our Alliance this week.

We look forward to strengthening our bilateral relations between our 2 countries and obviously within the alliance. Paraphrasing a quote "Alone we struggle, but together, we can can make a huge difference in the world"

That's what Nebula is about.

Training War

We would like to announce that we are organizing a training war with Belarus.

On sunday, they will be proposing to Air Strike Israel, and hopefully they will launch the Air Strike on tuesday.

We ask all the e-Israeli citizens and allies around the world to not fight for us as we need Belarus to land in our region so we can enjoy a training war which is set to last for a few weeks.

So far, these are the terms:

1. Belarus (can) start an airstrike on tuesday at 23:55 by eRep time and successfully land in Jerusalem district (inner region of Israel)
2. Belarus proposes NE to Israel, after that Israel proposes NE to Belarus
3. Belarus attacks Beersheba South District and wins
4. Israel raises up a Resistance War in Jerusalem district and wins
5. Belarus attacks again, Israel raises up Resistance Wars again

Our goal is to have a Training War for 2-3 or even 4 weeks.

We are still going through the details but we wanted to let you know to make sure you understand there's no hostility towards us. It is an organized Training War and we have to make sure they can land.

Further details will be published in due time.

During this term, we have signed mutual protection pacts with Norway and Japan.

We've also had mpps with Argentina, Serbia and Australia (which were signed last term), however they have all expired now.

The reason we are not renewing the mpps yet is that it would hinder Belarus' capacity to land.

The Government of Israel will renew a MPP with Argentina once Belarus lands in one of our regions. After that, we will seek to sign another two Asteria & Nebula MPPs.
