ACUERDO DE AMISTAD ENTRE eArgentina, eTurquía y eUcrania

Capítulo I: Propósitos y Principios

Con la firma del Acuerdo de Amistad, eArgentina, eTurquía, y eUcrania reconoce las buenas relaciones que unen a sus países en conjunto y de esta manera se compromete con la rápida y plena aplicación de este Acuerdo, que hará una contribución significativa a la la promoción de colaboración militar y diplomática entre los tres países.

De este modo, mediante la firma de este Acuerdo, las partes traten de crear un sindicato fuerte en la parte diplomática y militar dentro de EDEN, muestra un ejemplo de entendimiento mutuo y la colaboración en áreas de un mejor futuro para todos los ciudadanos de las Partes.

Nosotros, los países que firmaron el Acuerdo de Amistad, desean seguir aumentando este nivel de cooperación y amistad entre nuestros pueblos, de trabajo y así como asegurar la paz y para proteger la soberanía de cada uno de nuestros países.

Artículo 1: Integridad Territorial

Con la firma del Acuerdo de Amistad, eArgentina, eTurkey y eUkraine juro respetar a los demás en la integridad territorial. Estos países también están de acuerdo en los siguientes puntos:

1. El compromiso de los tres Estados a respetar mutuamente su soberanía e integridad territorial.
2. El compromiso con la no injerencia en los asuntos internos de otro Estado y el rechazo del uso de la fuerza, así como un compromiso con la igualdad y beneficio mutuo, y coexistencia pacífica.

Capítulo II: Protección Mutua y Cooperación

Artículo 1: La protección militar

Bajo este acuerdo, eArgentina, eTurquía y eUcrania garantiza la independencia el uno del otro y asegurar que se mantiene, no sólo en el territorio, sino también en términos políticos.

1. Los pactos mutuos de protección deben ser firmados y renovados constantemente entre estas naciones, según sea necesario.

2. En el caso de que uno de estos países se declarado NE, los demás le dará a todo el apoyo militar de lo que cada país es capaz de ofrecer durante la guerra en tiempo para proteger la soberanía de estos países.
3. Si uno de estos países deberán declarar a un país como NE, los demás deben dar a todo el apoyo militar que pueden.

Artículo 2: Protección Política

En el caso de que uno de estos países es bajo la amenaza de un enemigo político de Take-Over, se espera organizar una fuerza de tarea conjunta con los miembros de todas las otras tres naciones y actuar de acuerdo a la Lucha contra TO, dejando tan pronto como el peligro inmediato haya terminado.

Artículo 3: La cooperación diplomática

Siempre respetando los intereses individuales de EDEN y los de cada uno, los países que están bajo este Acuerdo se comprometen a:

1. Compartir cualquier información que pueda amenazar la seguridad de estas naciones.
2. Defender conjuntamente los intereses de estos países dentro de EDEN
3. Tener una actitud unánime sobre las cuestiones internacionales.

Artículo 4: Cooperación en materia social

Para promover el contacto entre sus pueblos, los tres países se comprometen a:
1. Cada país que están bajo este Acuerdo, en orden, cada diez de cada mes, tendrá la condición de "país anfitrión" con el fin de organizar eventos de entretenimiento entre los ciudadanos.
2. Reconocer el derecho de su pueblo para obtener las ciudadanías de cualquier país que están bajo está Acuerdo por un procedimiento simplificado.

Capítulo III: En cuanto a la Organización del Tratado

Artículo 5: En el marco del Acuerdo de Amistad, cada país tiene los mismos derechos, independientemente del tamaño de la población y la fuerza militar.

Artículo 6: Partes de comunicación entre los gobiernos Los tres países reconocer la importancia de contar con una organización adecuada y estoy de acuerdo en:

1. Crear una junta integrada por los electos del PP, MoFA’s y MoD’s de cada país, para la coordinación y la toma de decisiones relativas a los asuntos de este Acuerdo.

2. Para cumplir con el punto anterior, crear un canal para la comunicación de los Presidentes, MoFA’s y MoD’s y otros representantes de cada país.

Artículo 7: Partes de comunicación entre los Congresos:

1. eArgentina, eTurquía y eUcrania está de acuerdo en crear una Asamblea Interparlamentaria de la UAT, compuesta por el presidente y el diputado de cada uno la parte que está representado en el Congreso de cada uno de los tres países.

2. La Asamblea Interparlamentaria de la UAT se reunieron en un canal cuando es necesario, pero al menos una vez por mes para discutir los asuntos legislativos en todos los ámbitos.

3. Las sesiones Interparlamentaria será presidida por el presidente del Congreso del país que actúa como "país anfitrión" los días diez de los meses.

Capítulo IV: En cuanto a la flexibilidad del tratado

Cualquier país puede llamar a la firma de una actualización del acuerdo cuando se juzgue necesario.
Cada modificación tiene que ser aceptada por todas las partes a fin de tener efecto. Si estas negociaciones fracasan y dicho país es incapaz de hacer su propuesta de actualización aprobada, puede dejar el Tratado mediante notificación en un artículo oficial del presidente del país.

FRIENDSHIP AGREETMENT BETWEEN eARGENTINA, eTURKEY AND eUKRAINE

Chapter I: Purposes and Principles

By signing the Friendship Agreement, eArgentina, eTurkey and eUkraine acknowledge the good relations that bind their countries together and hereby commit to the speedy and full implementation of this Agreement which shall make a significant contribution to
promoting military and diplomatic colaboration between all three countries.

Thus, by signing this Agreement the Parties purport to create a strong diplomatic and military union inside EDEN showing an example of mutual understanding and colaboration for the sake of better future for all citizens of the Parties.

We, the countries that signed the Friendship Agreement, wish to continue to increase this level of cooperation and friendship between our peoples, working as well to ensure peace and to protect the sovereignty of each of our countries.

Article 1: Territorial Integrity

By signing the Friendship Agreement, eArgentina, eTurkey and eUkraine hereby swear to respect each other’s territorial integrity. These countries also agree on the following points:

1. Commitment by the three states to respect each other’s sovereignty and territorial integrity,

2. Commitment to non‐interference in the internal affairs of the other state and the rejection of the use of force, as well as a commitment to equality and mutual benefit, and peaceful coexistence.

Chapter II: Mutual Protection and Cooperation

Article 1: Military Protection

Under this agreement, eArgentina, eTurkey and eUkraine will guarantee the independence of each other and ensure that it is kept, not only in territorial but also in political terms.

1. Mutual Protection Pacts are to be signed and constantly renewed between these nations as needed.
2. In the case that one of these countries is declarated as NE, the other ones will give to it all military support what each country is able to provide during the timewar to protect the sovereignty of these country.
3. If one of these countries shall declare a country as NE, the other ones should give to it as much military support as they can.

Article 2: Political Protection

In the case that one of these countries is under threat of an enemy Political Take-Ove, will be expected to organize a joint task-force with members of all other three nations and act according to the Anti Take-Over objectives, leaving as soon as the immediate danger is over.

Article 3: Diplomatic cooperation

Always respecting the individual interests of EDEN and each others, the countries who are under this Agreetment agree to:

1. Share any information which can threaten the safety of these nations.
2. Defend jointly these countries’ interests inside EDEN
3. Bring for an unanimously attitude on international issues.

Article 4: Social cooperation

To promote contact between their peoples, all three countries agree to:

1. Each country who are under this Agreetment, in order, every decade of cadence month, will have te status of “host country” in order to organize entertaining events between citizens.

2. Acknowledge the right of their people to obtain the citizentships of whichever country who are under this Agreetment by a simplified procedure.

Chapter III: Concerning the Treaty’s Organization

Article 5:

Under the Friendship Agreement, each country has equal rights, regardless of population size and military strength.

Article 6: Parties communication between governments

All three countires recognize the importance of having proper organization and agree in:

1. Create a board composed of the elected CP, MOFAs and MoDs of each country, for coordination and take of decisions relative to the affairs of this Agreetment.
2. To fulfill the previous point, create a channel for communication for the Presidents, MoFAs and MoDs and other representatives of each country.

Article 7: Parties communication between Congresses

1. eArgentina, eTurkey and eUkraine agree in create an Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of ATU, consisting of the chairman and one congressman of each party who is represented in the Congress of each of the three countries.
2. The Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of ATU will be assembled in a channel when is needed, but at least once per decade of month to discuss legislative issues in all the areas.
3. The Inter-Parliamentary sessions will be presided over by the chairman of the Congress of the country which acts as “host country” that decade of month.

Chapter IV: Concerning the flexibility of the treaty

Any signing country can call for an update of the agreement whenever it is judged necessary. Each modification has to be accepted by all parties in order to take effect. Should these negotiations fail and the said country is unable to make its update proposal approved, it may leave the treaty by notification in a official article of the country president.

Bölüm 1: Amaçlar ve İlkeler

Bu dostluk anlaşmasıyla birlikte, üç ülkede birbiri arasındaki iyi ilişkileri kabul ettiğini ve ona katkıda bulunacağını, askeri ve diplomatik alanlarda birlikte çalışacağını beyan eder.

Böylece, bu sözleşmeyle birlikte taraflar, EDEN içerisinde güçlü ve etkili bir askeri/diplomatik birlik oluşturacak ve karşılıklı anlayışın güzel bir örneğini göstererek tüm tarafların vatandaşlarının iyiliği için çaba gösterecek.

Biz bu sözleşmeyi imzalayan ülkeler olarak, arkadaşlığımızın ve iş birliğimizin daha da ilerlemesini umut ediyoruz.

Madde 1: Toprak Bütünlüğü

Bu sözleşmeyle birlikte, Türkiye, Arjantin ve Ukrayna, taraf ülkelerin toprak bütünlüğünü koruma ve saygı gösterme konusunda söz verir. Bu üç ülke ayrıca aşağıdaki hususları kabul eder:

1. Taraf ülkelerin toprak bütünlüğünün korunmasının taahhüdü,

2. Taraf ülkelerin iç işlerine karışmama ve bu konuda her türlü güç kullanımının reddedileceği konusunda taahhüt.

Bölüm 2: Karşılıklı Koruma ve İşbirliği

Madde 1: Askeri Koruma

Bu anlaşmayla, taraf üç ülkede birbirinin bağımsızlığını -askeri ve politik olarak- koruyacağını garanti eder.

1. MPP anlaşmaları taraf ülkeler arasında imzalanacak ve düzenli olarak yenilenecek.
2. Taraf ülkelerden biri NE yasasına maruz kaldığında, mevcut askeri durumların el verdiği ölçüde diğer taraf ülkeler yardımda bulunacaktır.
3. Taraf ülkelerden biri, savaş içerisindeyken, diğer ülkeler mümkün olduğunda destek olacaktır.

Madde 2: Siyasi Koruma

Olası PTO tehlikelerinde, taraf ülkeler birbirine yardımcı olacak ve her türlü önlemi alacaktır.

Madde 3: Diplomatik İşbirliği

Taraf ülkeler, EDEN içerisinde ve olası tüm diplomatik görüşmelerde birbirinin çıkarını koruyacağını taahhüt ve aşağıdaki yükümlülükleri yerine getireceğini beyan eder;

1. Ülkelerin güvenliğini tehdit eden her türlü bilginin paylaşımı,
2. EDEN içerisinde taraf ülke çıkarlarının korunumu,
3. Uluslararası diplomatik konularda oy birliği.

Madde 4: Toplumsal İşbirliği

1. Her ay bir ev sahibi ülke belirlenir ve vatandaşlar arasındaki iletişimi organize eder,
2. Taraf ülkeler, diğer vatandaşlar için "vatandaşlık" konusunda birbirine yardımcı olur.

Bölüm 3: Teşkilat Yapısı Hakkında

Madde 1: Bu anlaşma altında, taraf ülkelerin askeri gücü ne olursa olsun söz hakkı eşittir.

Madde 2: Taraflar arası iletişim

Üç ülke de, uygun ve hızlı şekilde iletişim kurmanın öneminin bilincindedir.

1. Taraf ülkelerin başkanı, dış işleri bakanı ve savunma bakanlarıyla her ay bir yönetim kurulu oluşturulacaktır.
2. Yönetim kurulu üyeleri arasında hızlı iletişimi sağlamak için ortak bir IRC kanalı bulunacaktır.

Madde 3: Meclisler arası iletişim

1. Üç ülke arasında, parti başkanları ve vekillerini içeren bir "ATU Meclis Kurulu" oluşturulacaktır.
2. Bu kurul, önemli konuları görüşmek üzere her ay toplanacaktır.
3. Kurula, "ev sahibi ülke" başkanlık edecektir.

Madde 5: Anlaşma Esnekliği

Her ülke, ihtiyaç duyulduğunda taraf ülkeleri çağırıp anlaşma içeriğinde güncelleme talep etme hakkına sahiptir. Aksi durumlarda, ülke başkanları resmi bir makaleyle anlaşmayı artık tanımadığını deklare etmelidir.
