Wieder einmal berichten Botschafter aus aller Welt von Ereignissen, auf die sie bei ihren Auslandseinsätzen gestossen sind. Viel Spaß beim Lesen wünscht euch euer MoFA!

USA
Die eUSA haben Frieden mit eIndonesien geschlossen und sind auf dem Weg, mit eMexiko genauso zu verfahren. Genauere Informationen werden aber noch in den nächsten Tagen dazu veröffentlicht.
Aufgrund der enormen logistischen Probleme bei der Kongresswahl, die immense Anzahl an Regionen, die zu kontrollieren sind und der akuten Bedrohung durch PTOer will der Präsident möglichst viele ausländische Kräfte von den eUSA fernhalten und startet mit dieser Aktion in der nächsten Woche.
Ebenso wird auf die Befreiung ePakistans durch die US-Streitkräfte, allen voran das ST-6, eingegangen, dass vorher vom eIran, aus, für die eUSA unverständlichen Gründen (keine neuen Boni mit der Besetzung hinzugekommen), besetzt gehalten wurde.
In der amerikanischen Version des Radios wurde auf das aktuelle Impeachment eingegangen. Alles weitere kann hier nachgelesen werden.
Große Aufmerksamkeit schenken die eUSA zudem eDeutschland und eFrankreich, die eine Möglichkeit gefunden haben, Frieden mit ePolen zu erreichen.

Israel
Mit 984 Bürgern ist Israel eine eher kleine EDEN-Nation in Vorderasien. Seine glückliche Lage beschert dem Land mit 5 natürlichen Regionen noch 5 weitere Kolonien. Mit dem Ergebnis dass Israel über 3 Nahrungsmittel- und 2 Waffenboni verfügt. Derzeit versucht die Regierung einen Öl-Bonus zu beschaffen.

Dies gestaltet sich jedoch schwierig, da die Nachbarstaaten Griechenland (EDEN), Zypern (Terra), Iran (Pro-Eden) und die Türkei (Eden) verbündete sind und Ägypten derzeit von Griechen kontrolliert wird. Ein Blick auf die Karte zeigt, dass diese Mächte in der Region lange Straßen von Kolonien errichtet haben, ein Regionstausch ist damit nicht ohne weiteres möglich.
Der kürzliche Krieg gegen Saudi-Arabien konnte zugunsten von Israel entschieden und ein Friedensvertrag geschlossen werden. Aus diesem Grund wurden/werden von Israel nicht benötigte Regionen zurückgegeben.
Mit der ruhigen Lage in der Region könnte es jedoch aufgrund der Einführung von Airstrikes bald vorbei sein.

Österreich
KilleR.D ist jetzt zum zweiten Mal CP. Hier könnt ihr seinen Wahlartikel nachlesen. Sonst wenig neues beobachtet, grundsätzliche Dinge aus den letzten Berichten gelten nach wie vor, die aktive Community in eÖsterreich ist sehr klein. Ein neuer Wind kommt durch einen Dialekt-Artikel schreibenden Neuling, zudem erklärte wschwabe hier, wie die DOs in Österreich zustandekommen.

Alten Wein in neuen Schläuchen gibts auch in KilleR.Ds Artikel zur Auflösung von ONE und der zukünftigen Allianzpolitik Österreichs.

Irland
Bei den Kongresswahlen gab es wenig Neues:
Es war das erwartet knappe Rennen zwischen IPP und ILP (jeweils 36😵, die zusammen 3/4 der Abgeordneten stellen.

Spannend wird’s bei der Präsidentenwahl:
Ronisu, der aktuelle CP wirds -meiner meinung nach- definitv nicht schaffen. Er war einfach zu neu, zu passiv und hat den eIren nicht den Krieg geliefert, den hier viele herbeisehnen. Er versucht gerade ein bisschen Basisdemokratie in die Bündnispolitik zu bringen, was aber als letzter crowd pleaser eines gescheiterten Präsidenten gesehen wird. Die top Kandidaten sind ChewChewShoe, der euch vermutlich noch aus seiner zeit in Germark ein Begriff ist, und Bean & Teddy der sich mit viel Einsatz zurückgemeldet hat. CCS hat -wieder nur meine meinung- die Nase vorn, da er als neuer Chef der ICA eine größere Reichweite hat und auch in dieser Funktion viel Präsenz in den Foren zeigt. Außerdem wird er von der IPP und 2 weiteren, kleinen parteien unterstützt. B&T kommt eher über die klassischen attribute wie Artikel, Parteivorsitz und - ähnlich wie Ilphen - über seine Charakterwahl und das damit verbundene, gut zu vermarktende Image.

Allgemeines zur Lage der Nation:
Nach dem niedergang der ICA durch einige, nicht wirklich belegbare Aktionen, bei denen wohl viel Gold verloren ging, bildet sich langsam eine neue Struktur heraus. Allerdings gibt es große Lücken in der Organisation der Versorgung und auch ein sehr schlechte Abstimmung mit den offiziellen Zielen der Regierung. Dies gilt insbesondere für DOs und die Einsatzdisiplin. Hier sind alte Bündnisse und Sympathien tief verankert. Ein Beispiel ist der Konflikt Bulgarien/Argentinien. Nicht selten fordert die DO der ICA zum Kampf für B auf, während die Regierung Supplies für das selbe Schlachtfeld, aber für A herausgibt.

Supplies:
Fließen von offizieller Seite reichlich. 1q7 pro 100 health zu fast jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit. Dazu eine Auswahl von bis zu 3 Alternativen an Schlachtfeldern. Bei meiner MU, der ICA, wird ab dieser woche wieder der CH eingeführt. (muss man mal schauen wie das angenommen wird...)

Wirtschaft:
Gibt nicht viel zu sagen. Kleines Land, niedrige Steuern auf Waffen und den Import machen die Preise relativ stabil auf einem anständigen Niveau (natürlich haben sich auch hier die Auswirkungen der Missionen gezeigt).

Bündnisse:
Ist hier ein sehr schweres Thema. Zum einen aus den oben genannten Gründen (Kriegsführung schwierig, "Umgeben von Freunden", alte Partner v.a. USA und Kroatien aber auch Bulgarien wichtiger als neue Bündnisse, Hassliebe zu UK...) hier ist wirklich viel denkbar. Zudem sind viele eIrische Spieler keine "echten" Iren, sondern Zugewanderte aus allen Teilen der Welt. Der Umgangston ist in den Comments und im Forum hart, aber das gehört hier dazu und sollte nicht überbewertet werden.

Haltung zu Deutschlan😛
Germark als Konzept ist weitgehend unbekannt. Die Deutschen gelten als ziemlich verbissen was eRep betrifft. Ein bisschen zu nachtragend und zu unlocker...

Belgien
Der letzte Monat verlief besser als die meisten in letzter Zeit. Die LCC Partei, eine PTO-Partei, wurde zurückerobert. Das Ziel dieser Aktion war es, 2 von 4 PTOlern daran zu hindern, sich für den Kongress aufzustellen. Die Mitglieder der LCC PTO Gruppe sind nun in verschiedene andere Parteien beigetreten, vor allem in die HOPE Partei, welche die 3. grösste Partei eBelgiens ist. Der Anführer der PTO Gruppe hat sich in Vincent Pain umbenannt und agiert nun ganz anders. Er ist der Rec Belgica Partei beigetreten und kandidiert für den Parteivorsitz. Sein Verhalten in der Öffentlichkeit beschränkt sich nun auf politische Analyse anstatt den zuvor häufig auftretenden Beschimpfungen gegenüber den führenden Kräften des Landes. Das ganze soll wohl ein neues Konzept sein, um Rec Belgica, die grösste Partei eBelgiens zu übernehmen.

Die Präsidentschaftswahl war ein Massaker. Requiem Domine gewann mit einem erdrutschartigen Sieg gegen den nicht favorisierten Kandidaten A Vegan. Für eBelgien ist das ein gutes Ergebnis, Requiem Domine ist bekannt für seine Neutralität und Ruhe, zudem ist sein Gegenkandidat auch eher in die radikalere Richtung einzuordnen.

shadowukcs kehrt nach langer Abwesenheit zurück. Während er die belgische CS hat, sind ihm Forenrechte verweigert und er hat keinen Anspruch auf finanzielle Hilfe wie die sogenannten Citizenpacks (20q6 Food + 4q6 Tanks pro Tag), sowie das Booster-Programm (0.19 Gold für das tägliche Stärke-Training). Der Grund dafür ist, dass ihn das belgische Gericht schuldig befunden hat, er soll mehrere Darlehen, die er von der Regierung bekommen hatte, nicht zurückgegeben haben. Dazu hat er mehrere belgische Firmen gestohlen. Shadow war über das Urteil sehr entzürnt und hatte sich deshalb geschworen, der PTO-Gruppe zu helfen. Da diese jedoch ziemlich zersplittert wurde und weil shadow insgeheim die Vorteile einer eBelgischen CS schätzt, ist es allerdings sehr unwahrscheinlich, dass er ihnen groß helfen wird.

Nach langen Debatten und Diskussionen wird eBelgien seine neutrale Stellung aufgeben und stattdessen einer Allianz beitreten. Die Regierung, und auch der Kongress favorisieren dabei den Beitritt zur Allianz Circle of Trust:

„Der ebelgische Kongress fordert den Beginn des Prozesses CoT beizutreten. Deshalb bestätigt der Kongress die Satzung von CoT und fordert den Präsidenten und seine Regierung dazu auf, alle notwendigen Schritte zu unternehmen, um CoT beizutreten. Wegen der Wichtigkeit dieser Abstimmung und in Verbindung mit der Satzung von CoT wird eine 2/3 Mehrheit benötigt.“

Niederlande
Nach seiner ersten Amtszeit kann man doch einiges an Fehlern bei Präsident van Spjick beobachten. So gab er einen Trainwar gegen Norwegen in Auftrag, was dazu führte, dass beinahe alle niederländischen MPPs verloren gingen. Er persönlich ist der Ansicht, dass durch das Beibehalten guter Beziehungen zu den USA, auch die Sicherheit und Souveränität der Niederlande gesichert wird. Doch es ist zweifelhaft, ob das nach den vielen Gerüchten über eine Allianz zwischen USA und Polen (CTRL) ein schlauer Gedankengang ist. Viele Bürger befürchten, dass diese mögliche Allianz die USA dazu bringen würde, nicht mehr hinter den Niederländern zu stehen. All diese Beschwerden bleiben jedoch ungehört und die Kombination seiner Weltansichten und des Trainingskriegfiaskos führten dazu, dass einige Regierungsmitglieder zurücktraten. Samproidz war so aufgebracht, dass er kurzzeitig nach eDeutschland ausgewandert war.

Die aktuelle Regierung hat ebenfalls viele Schwachstellen. Sie besteht aus vielen Neulingen, Parteimitgliedern und Leuten, die nicht sehr aktiv sind. Er sieht die Regierung eher als Ein-Mann-Band und nicht als Manager-Position. Er macht also den grössten Teil selbst. Hauptsächlich der logistische Teil wird von seinen Ministern erledigt. Dies sieht man auch deutlich an der Besetzung des MoFAs. Er besetzt gleichzeitig dieses Ministerium, anstatt andere Leute einzubinden.

Van Spijk ist eigentlich nicht sehr beliebt in den Niederlanden, allerdings gab es zur Wahl keinen wirklichen Gegenkandidaten, so war es ein recht eindeutiger Wahlsieg.

Japan
Nach einiger Diskussion und anschließend mit überwältigender Mehrheit ist Japan CoT als vollwertiges Mitglied beigetreten. Genaueres könnt ihr hier nachlesen.

USA
The eUSA have made peace with eIndonesia and are on the way to proceed with eMexiko as well. More detailed information is yet to be published in the coming days.
Due to the enormous logistical problems in the congressal election, the huge number of regions that are to be checked and the security threat by the the PTO, the president wants to keep as many foreign forces as possible away from the USA. This action will start next week.
Similarly, the CP will speak about the liberation of ePakistan by the U.S. Armed Forces, especially the ST-6. Pakistan was occupated before by Iran which was incomprehensible for the USA because there were not any new bonuses added with the occupation.

Israel
With about 984 Citizens Israel is a rather small EDEN-Nation in Western Asia. Its fortunate location brings the country with 5 native regions 5 aditional colonies. This has as result that the country owns 3 food and 2 weapon bonuses. At the moment the government tries to obtain an oil region.
This however turns out to be difficult as mosts neighbours like Greece (EDEN), Cyprus (Terra), Iran (Pro-EDEN) and Turkey (EDEN) are allies and Egypt is controlled by greeks. A look on the map shows that these powers have established long resource routes in the region so swapping regions is not that easy.
The most recent war against Saudi-Arabia was decided in favour of Israel and peace could be achieved. For this reason Israel is returning or will return regions that it doesn't need.
However the peaceful atmosphere in the region could change due of the newly introduced airstrike-module.

Austria
KilleR.D became president of Austria again. Here you can read his election articel. The general things which were featured in the last report are still accurate and the active community in Austria is very small. A bit new momentum does the Austrian press gain by a new user who writes his articles in Austrian dialect, additionally wschwabe explains here, how the Daily Orders are chosen.

Ireland
There’s not much news about the congress elections:
As expected, it was a close race between IPP and ILP (both 36😵. Together the two parties gained 3/4 of the congress seats.

The election for president will become exciting:
Ronisu, the current CP, most likely won’t make it. He was simply too new and passive and hasn’t delivered the war to the irish public that so many expected. He tries to bring direct democracy into the alliance politics at the moment which is to be seen as last crowd pleaser of a failed president. The top candidates are ChewChewShoe, who may be familiar to most people from his time in Germark and Bean & Teddy who has shown much action in the last time. CCS is -from our point of view- in the best position because he has can reach many people in his job as chief of the ICA and he’s showing a lot of activity in the forums and IRC. He is also supported by IPP and two other smaller parties. B&Ts strongpoints are more the classical attributes like writing articles, Party-Presidency and -similar to ilphen- with his selection of Characters and the good image.

General things about the state of the nation:
after the downfall of ICA caused from some not assignable actions where much gold has been lost, a new structure is forming. However, there are big gaps in the organization and supply and a very bad coordination with the official targets of the government. This is particularly true for DOs and discipline during operations. Here are old alliances and sympathies deeply anchored. An example is the conflict between Bulgaria and Argentina. It was not uncommon that the DO forces the ICA to fight for Bulgaria while the government was giving out supplies for the same battle but for Argentina.

Supplies
There are a lot supplies from the state. One Q7 tank per 10ff is available around the clock in three chosen battlefields a week. In my MU, the ICA, the commonhits will be reactivated this week.

Economy:
There is not much too say. It is a small country that has low taxes on weapons and import, which balances the prices and keep them on a good level. Obviously, the missions have shown their effects.

Alliances:
This is kind of a difficult topic, because of the reasons named about. Waging war is hard when surrounded by friends, old friendships to the USA, Croatia and also Bulgaria are more important than new alliances, and of course the love-hate relationship to UK. The possibilities are widespread. Additionally most of the eIrish are not really Irish irl, but immigrants from all over the world. The tone in the comments and the forum is very harsh, but this belongs to the country and is not beeing taken too seriously.

Relations to Germany:
As a concept, Germark is widely unknown and Germans are viewed as grim or stubborn in eRepublik matters, a little too resentful and not relaxed enough.

Belgium
The past month fared better than most recent months. I personally returned to eBE and with the help of the eBE army and the government, we effectively PTOed the LCC and got rid of the PTO party. The new party was sunk on purpose on the 24th to prevent 2 of the 4 PTOers who are running for congress. The members of the LCC PTO group now moved to different parties mainly in a party called HOPE which is the top 3 party of eBE. The leader of the PTOers changed his name to Vincent Pain http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/3278747 and is acting much differently. He joined the Rec Belgica party and is running for PP in it. His demeanor in the media changed (not shouting, cursing, and blaming the corrupt elites and evil greedy capitalist) but more corny and amateur political analysis, I believe this is a ploy to let eBE off its guard and will try to PTO RB, eBE's largest party.

The CP election was a massacre Requiem Domine won with a huge landslide against a less then stellar candidate, A Vegan.
For eBE, Requiem Domine's victory is a good result for Requiem Domine is respected for his neutrality and his calmness. A Vegan is also viewed by some as radical and extreme which agrees with the ideals of the LCC but not in the execution of PTO's.
In other news, shadowukcs returns to eBE from his long exile. While he has CS, he is denied of forum rights as well as other financial assistance like citizenpacks (20 q6 food and 4 q6 tanks daily for being eBE CS) as well as the boost your strength program (.19 gold daily for strength training only). The reason for his is that Shadow was found guilty by the past courts that he did not return many loans he took with the eBE government as well stealing a few eBE companies. Shadow feels outraged by the enforcement of the verdict vows to help the LCC but with the LCC in potential disarray as well as deep in his heart, he wants the benefits of an eBE citizenship, it is unlikely that he will actively help the LCC too much. eBE is challenging his bluff.

After long debates and discussions, eBE will highly likely abandon their neutral in favor of an alliance. After doing a lot of shopping etc, the government as well as the congress favors in joining the Circle of Trust alliance

“The eBelgian Congress requests the initiation of the procedure to become a member of CoT. Therefore, it ratifies the Charter of CoT and mandates the eBelgian CP and government to take all necessary steps in order to join CoT. Due the importance of this vote and in accordance with the Charter of CoT, this is voted under a super-majority.”

The vote just begun but this bill will pass unless the quorum is not met.

Netherlands
After seeing his first term presidency, we can see a lot of weakness in the leadership of van Spjick (vS). vS makes a lot of errors from having a training war in which NL attacks Norway, ending most of eNL's MPP to claiming to be a pragmatist by supporting eUS over eCanada in the semi-recent crisis in Terra. He personally believes that by maintaining good relations with the eUS over Canada and other Terra nations, it will secure eNL sovereignty. Especially at the time when there are a lot of rumors of an eUS-ePoland alliance, to many, his logic does not make sense. Many argued that if there is an eUS-ePoland alliance, eUS will not stand up to the Poles for eNL. All complaints went unheeded and the combination of his world views and the TW fiasco caused a few members of his government to resign. Samprodiz was so outraged by this government that he left eNL and moved to eGermany.

Looking at this government now, it shows a lot of weakness as most of the important post are filled with either new players, members of his own party, or people who just do not talk too much or dissent. "More experience" members of his government are in his party or parties that are friendly to his. He should have greater control of the government but he will do most of the work. For he does not see the CP as a manager position that manage and enforces the country via his ministers, he wants to be the one man band with a few helpers that helps minimally when needed (mainly small logistical stuff). This can be seen with him being the MoFA as well since it is one of his interest.

vS won the election in a great landslide since no other real candidate wants to run this month. I would rate vS is not really popular overall but he won reelection mainly he has no real challengers to compete against him.

Japan
After long dicussions and with a super majority Japan joins the alliance Circle of Trust as a full-member. Here you can read more about it.
