[MoFA] Ambassador Report [DE|EN]

Guten Abend Germark, hier ist der Botschafterbericht (mit leicher Verzögerung aufgrund von Änderungen im MoFa Team)

Belgien: Goobypants hat die Wahl gewonnen. Dies wird seine zweite Amtszeit sein. Er trat zuvor schon einmal an, verlor allerdings die Wahl; gleichwohl wurde der CP impeacht und nun ist Goobypants ein Präsident ohne Medal. Da vor der Wahl viele Belgier dachten, dass er es ohnehin nur auf die Medaille abgesehen hatte, ist es nicht erstaunlich, dass er nicht gerade mit höchstem Einsatz sein Amt bestreitet.

Die dritte Amtszeit von Mittekemuis kann man als desaströs zusammenfassen. Sie spaltete das Land derart, dass dies keine gesunden Auswirkungen mehr haben konnte. Der Beitritt in ONE oder der weitere Verbleib in der Neutralität ist die große Streitfrage, die das Land im Moment bewegt. Die meisten Belgier wollen Neutralität. Sie glauben, dass dies genau das ist, was Belgien schon immer ausgezeichnet ist und sie sorgen sich vor allem um ihre natürlichen Regionen. Die Führung eBelgiens, NLSP, Nohjis, Critically und viele andere, sprechen sich jedoch, genau wie Mittekemuis, für einen Beitritt in ONE aus. Ihrer Ansicht nach hat TEDEN sie unfair behandelt. Seien es die letzten Invasionen in ihrem Land oder das MPP-Embargo gegen eBelgien, sie widersetzen sich einem Blick auf ihre eigenen Handlungsweisen gegenüber TEDEN. Verfahrensweisen wie der Angriff auf Frankreich, als Frankreich UK besetzt hatte, werden, genauso wie die aktive Einmischung gegen Portugal und Brasilien in Südamerika, völlig ignoriert.

Viele eBelgier sind vor allem auf ihre Regionen und Boni fokussiert, jedoch nicht auf die Regierung. Sie sehen TEDEN als eine Bedrohung an seit TEDEN ein paar ihrer Regionen in der Vergangenheit besetzte.
Ein polnischer PTO-Versuch, welcher von der polnischen Regierung organisiert wurde, “G50”, wurde ausgeführt, dennoch fahren die Bürger fort an ONE zu glauben und sehen TEDEN weiterhin als Feind an.

Mit Garmr als Präsident in eNiederlande und mit seinem MoFA Luuklag, fürchten sich die eBelgier vor einem Krieg zwischen Niederlande und Belgien.

Wie zuvor bereits gesagt, ist die LCC die kommunistische Partei in eBelgien. Sie tun sich schwer die Spielmechanik zu verstehen und haben so viele Staatsbürgerschaften wie möglich verteilt, die meisten davon an PTOler. So ist es kein Wunder, dass eBelgien wieder einmal in PTO-Gefahr schwebt. Allerdings widersetzen sich die Belgier der Möglichkeit eines PTOs der LCC. Sie sind besorgt über die Gewfühle der Parteimitglieder, zudem sind sie nicht der Ansicht, dass ein PTO richtig ist. Deshalb fragten sie die eNiederlande um Hilfe, sie sollten ihre Regionen besetzen.

Schlussendlich kam es jedoch nicht zur Besatzung und ein neuer Kongress wurde gewählt.

Österreich: Was bei langfristiger Beobachtung der österreichischen Regierung auffiel, war, dass es eine Art „Elite“ gibt. Diese „Elite“ wechselt immer mal wieder alle wichtigen Positionen im Spiel durch, je nachdem, wer grade genug Zeit für ein wichtiges Amt hat. Einige dieser Spieler sind (in den Klammern steht die Anzahl der CP Medaillen): Vreath (2x), Rangeley (7x), erdoni (2x), Luis Grindl (1x), OEBernd (1x), Killer.D, Schwrzwolf, BalkanBeast. Wir hoffen das sich nicht aufgezählte Personen nicht schlecht behandelt fühlen.

Die letzten politische Aktivitäten kann man am besten mit: dem Wahlartikel des CPs Rangeley und mit dem Resüme seines Vorgängers, Vreath darstellen.

Außerdem gibt es einige andere Spieler in eÖsterreich, die eine wichtige Rolle spielen – zum Beispiel Netto Boy als Botschafterkoordinator, und A.Emmerich, bevor er durchdrehte (siehe die letzten Reports). Allerdings ist NettoBoy weniger aktiv, und Emmerich ist tot, und spielt einen neuen Kuruc Account.
Die Kuruc sind ein konstanter Faktor in Österreich. Sie sind eine ungarische MU, welche u.a. aus Trollen besteht, wie man hier nachlesen kann. Sie machen zwar ein wenig Ärger, sind aber politsch wenig relevant.

Einige Aktivitäten:
-Es gab einen PTO, da ein PP sich daneben benahm. (Hier ein Kommentar, und ein Versprechen das zu stoppen).

-Österreich hat sich nach der Umstellung des Militärmoduls neu organisiert: Hier eine Ankündigung des CPs.

-Österreich bereitete sich zudem auf einen Krieg mit Kroatien vor.

Niederlande: Die jetzige Regierung besteht fast vollständig aus I&W Mitgliedern. Der Präsident Garmr bildet sich ein, dass er die GPN regelrecht “ausgelöscht” habe. Während die I&W party eher eine aggressive Partei ist, die auf Krieg gegen Belgien drängt, ist die GPN dafür bekannt, einen moderaten Kurs einzuschlagen. Man kann sagen, dass beide Partein nicht miteinander klarkommen. Die I&W Partei behauptet, dass die GPN naiv sein, und die GPN stellt die I&W Partei als Kriegstreiber da. Die I&W Partei ist schon lange „Die“ anti-Belgien Partei. So hatte Garmr von Anfang an vor einen Krieg mit Belgien zu entfachen. Angedacht war dieses Ziel für das Ende des Monats, da man zu diesem Zeitpunkt einen Kongress hätte, welcher den Krieg legitimieren könnte. Außerdem wollte man die Belgier provozieren ebenfalls ein NE prospal gegen die Niederlande zu starten.

Aufgrund des PTO Versuchs in Belgien wurde der NE vor der Kongresswahl gestartet, um Belgien zu unterstützen und den PTO-Versuch zu unterbinden. Mehr dazu im Belgien Report.

Die Grundeinstellung Garmrs ist ähnlich wie die Auggys. Beide trauen Belgien nicht, und sehen es nicht als eigenständigen Staat an, welcher souverän sein sollte. Garmr ist ein pragmatischer Spieler, der weiß, dass sich die Niederlande nicht ohne ein kleines Wunder von Polen befreihen kann. Aus diesem Grund sieht er es als logisch an Belgien anzugreifen, um damit die Holländer aktiv zu halten. Ein normaler Krieg gegen Belgien hätte diese eventuell weiter in Richtung ONE gepusht.

Türkei: Die eTürkische Regierung hofft weiterhin auf einen Sieg TEDEN’s. Am Anfang des Monats hat man sich darauf geeinigt nicht für das eigene Land zu hitten. Stattdessen wurde der Fokus auf RW’s in Italien, Kroatien und Bosnien gelenkt, um Serbien zu schwächen. Aus diesem Grund wurde die Türkei von Bulgarien vollständig erobert.

Wie auch immer die öffentliche Meinung war in der Türkei gegen diesen Schritt. Viele waren der Ansicht, dass sich die Türkei zunächst selbst befreien sollte, dann sollte Bulgarien gewipet werden und erst schlussendlich sollte der Fokus auf Serbien gelegt werden. Wenn das alles geklappt hätte, wäre die Türkei mit 10 boni ausgestattet gewesen. Bis jetzt hat die Türkei 6 Regionen zurückerlangt.

Schweiz: Nach achtmonatiger Pause der edeutschen Botschaft in der eSchweiz nun Reaktivierung. Der eSchweizer CP diesen Monat ist patar333. Das aktuelle eSchweizer Kabinett findet man hier

Wie es scheint, wollen sich die eSchweizer noch weiter an ONE annähern. Sie fahren schon jetzt einen pro-ONE-Kurs, was man hier sehr deutlich sehen kann.
Die eSchweiz beklagt, dass TEDEN nur auf Eigennutz auf ist und hat sich deshalb dazu entschlossen auf ONE zuzugehen, wobei ein kompletter Beitritt nicht ausgeschlossen ist. Es wurde über folgende MPPs abgestimmt: eMalaysia, eBulgarien und eTschechische Republik.
Davor wurden zudem MPPs mit folgenden Nationen geschlossen: eSpanien, eVenezuela, eMoldau, eSchweden, eLettland, ePeru, ePakistan, eJapan und eSlowakai (in der Reihenfolge alt zu neu). Auch hier deutet sich ein deutlicher Trendwechsel an, hin zu einer Allianz, weg von der Neutralität.
Insgesamt sind die eSchweizer nicht sonderlich gut auf eDeutschland zu sprechen, sie behaupten, dass eDeutschland sie in Zukunft attackieren will (wie wir es schon einmal taten, laut einem Bürger). Mit der Annäherung an ONE jedenfalls, wird es schwierig künftig gute Beziehungen zwischen uns aufbauen zu können.

Belgium: Goopypants won his election. This will be his second term. He ran before but lost the election; however, the CP was impeached so he was CP without a medal. Many in eBE believes that he ran for CP mainly for the medal, and he's doing a minimalist job. His goal was a quiet month.

One can sum up the Mittekemuis's 3rd term as disastrous. She polarized the country to an unhealthy level. The issue of neutrality or joining ONE is a top issue. Most of the common Belgians wants neutrality. They believe that this is what eBE is and all they care for is original regions. The leadership of eBE, like Mitte, NLSP, Nohjis, Critically, and many more wants to join ONE. They do have an warped view that TEDEN was unfair and unjust to them. Be it the invasions that took place on their lands as well as the recent MPP embargo against eBE, they refused to look at their own policies towards TEDEN. Policies like attacking France when the French invaded eUK as well as Belgian active interference against Portugal and Brazil in South America are completely ignored.

Many Belgians are focused on regions and their boni, but not on the government. They see TEDEN a threat since TEDEN took a few of their regions in the past.
A Polish PTO attempt (ordered by the Polish government) called „G50“ took place, but they continue to see and believe ONE is a good friend while TEDEN is their main enemy.

With Garmr winning CP in eNL and with Luuklag as MoFA, many Belgians feared a war between NL and BE.

As mentioned before, the LCC is the commie party in eBE. They do not really understand the game mechanics. One of them are open CS for all who requested it. They gave CS to as many people as possible and most of them are PTOers. So once again, eBE is under PTO danger. However, the Belgians refuse to destroy the LCC or try to PTO it etc. They worried about the members feelings. They feel it is wrong to PTO etc and so they do nothing on their end to fix the problem. They asked eNL for assistance, to occupy the regions.

Well the total occupation did not took place, and a congress got elected.

Austria: Ongoing subjects and observations about eAustrian politics:
The government in Austria consists every month of almost the same clique, sometimes in different constellations depending on who has enough time and experience for an office. The politians ruling the country (in brackets their number of CP medals) are: Vreath (2x), Rangeley (7x), erdoni (2x), Luis Grindl (1x), OEBernd (1x), Killer.D, Schwrzwolf, BalkanBeast. I hope that those who I don't mention here aren't offended if they read this newspaper and can't find themselves 😉
I think that the recent political activity can be best summed up with election article of the presiding CP Rangeley and the state of the nation adressof his precedessor, Vreath.

There are other players in eAustria who played important roles – for example NettoBoy as embassador coordinator and A.Emmerich before he went crazy (read the reports I gave previously on the MoFA newspaper to learn more about) - but NettoBoy seems less active than before, Emmerich is dead and active under new Kuruc accounts.
Speaking of which, another constant factor are the Kurucs, a Hungarian MU consisting of elitehooligans and trolls. They are troublesome for eAustria, but have equal importance to politics as the small partys in Germany.

Recent activities:
- There was a "PTO" when a PP went crazy (Comment on his action and promise of the Government to put an end to it.).
- eAustria reorganized itself according to the new military module, according to the CP announcements
- eAustria prepared itself for the war against Croatia.

Netherlands: The current government is almost solely comprised of I&W members. President Garmr prides himself of what he calls "purging" out the GPN party out of government. While, I&W is known to be an aggressive party that seeks war with the Belgians, the GPN is known to be moderates in eNL politics. I&W and GPN do not get along. I&W to GPN members are warmongers while GPN to I&W members are naive. The I&W exist since the days of the UNL as the anti-Belgian party, many of that mood and tone still exist today. Garmr now seeks war with the Belgian. He planned the war at the end of the month when they'd have a congress and could do an NE. He also wantet to provoke the Belgians to NE NL.

Since theres a PTO threat in Belgium, the NE was proposed earlier. For more details take a look at the belgium report.

The mindset of Garmr is simliar to Auggy. They both do not trust or respect eBelgium as a real country/ state that deserves respect/ sovereignty. Garmr is pragmatic as he knows that unless something strange happens, eNL cannot liberate itself from the Poles. To keep people active and distracted, war with the Belgians is logical to them. A normal war with eBE might have pushed eBE more towards ONE.

Turkey: Turkey's goverment is still hopeful about TEDEN's military victory. At the beginning of the month they did not start any fight in their country. Instead of this they focused on RW's of Italy, Crotia and Bosnia to take down the Serbia. That was also the reason for their getting wiped by Bulgaria again.

However, the public opinion was against these step. They think Turkey should free herself, take Bulgaria and when they finally stabilize their current war with Bulgaria they shall start supporting the RW's in Serbia. This way they will also have like 10 bonusses in total, when they have Bulgaria and Turkey at the same time. Till now they regain 6 regions.

Switzerlan😛 This month the CP of eSwitzerland is patar333. You can see the actual cabinet of eSwitzerland here: hier

As it seems, the swiss tend to converge at One even more. They already drive a Pro-One-Course by now what you can see here.
The eSwiss bemoans that TEDEN is just seeking after self-interest and that is why they have decided to step towards to ONE whereas a complete joining is not excluded. Also the last MPPs show the shift in direction: eMalaysia, eBulgaria, eCzech Republik, eSpain, eVenezuela, eVltava, eSweden, eLatvia, ePeru, ePakistan, eJapan und eSlovakia. It seems that they prefer an Alliance over being neutral.
Overall the eSwiss is out of sorts with eGermany, they claim that the Germans want to attack them in future. Anyhow with their approach to ePoland it will be hard to build a good relationship in future.
