[MOFA] Ambassador Program

Greetings Japanese citizens and subscribers. I am the new Vice Minister; Dokomo. Today I am pleased to announce the re-formation of the Japanese Ambassador Department (Nihon no Taishi Gakka, 日本の大使学科). The goals of this program will be to gather information about foreign nations and their events and the involve players in a new activity suitable for all skill levels.
Our current cultural ambassador, Doraemon, leaves something to be desired
Upon acceptance into the program, Ambassadors will receive a stipend of 50 jpy a month. For filing a monthly report they shall also receive 50 jpy a month. The monthly report should include at minimum a list of the nation's cabinet members and the current IRC channel of that nation.

In addition the top ambassadors shall receive a monthly bonus of 100 jpy a month. In this time of conflict in East Asia, Japan needs your help to navigate through treacherous waters. If you wish to join the Ambassadors, send me a message containing your preferences for your country posting, any additional languagues spoken, as well as any revelvant information.

I think, I'm still the eJapanese ambassador to eFrance but I'm not really active so you can find maybe another person.
The requirements for Ambassadorship are not terribly onerous, so if you want to keep on, you can.
