There are few mistakes in this report... Out of 400,000cc, more than 100,000cc was used during your term Huey. Also, all of that money was transferred back then. So your report should start with less than 300,000 in MoD.

Secondly, none of the state money was used was renaming of any of the organisations. It was private donations. That should be corrected.

I wasn't Country President when the donation to the MoD was approved by Congress, SerF http://www.erepublik.com/en/main/law/United-Kingdom/151112 so the report is correct on this.

7 Gold was provided to create the Ministry of Glorious Praise approved by the Country President, Aleksandar.V Popovic and used by iAdastros I believe however you can inquire with them both if you'd like. If no Government money was there should be 7 Gold in the Ministry of Glorious Praise.

The donate law was started 17 days ago on the 5th and was approved on the 6th, so Huey was not CP anymore by that stage.

Yes he was CP, on the 6th of November, until 2 pm GMT. I remember he even started the battle on the 6th. Have you not Huey?

I have no idea exactly what time the donate law was approved and no way to find that out unless somebody took a screenshot at the time.

Yes, just like Huey spent 80k cc in few rounds in Northern Ireland. You can ask Chaz before he handed me over MoD MU, how much was left in it and it was little less than 300,000cc. Under Alex there was not a single donation law passed.

The donation law was passed on 6th (morning I think) while Huey was still CP. He even started a battle that day. The money was donated to MoD org. A lot of money was spent the same day. When I took over MoD MU, there was little less than 300,000cc in it (around 286,000) which Chaz can confirmed was used in high damage battles during Huey's term.

As I said earlier I wasn't around on the morning of the 6th to see the donate law pass, so I assumed it had happened under Alex's watch.

I believe you can verify the time when a law was proposed if you are so inclined (if my knowledge of game mechanics are not failing me) The "Proposed by citizen, xx days ago" counter ascends a number each day at the time it was proposed. So it'd be a case of checking the counter around 2pm (UK) time.

I'm fairly sure the approval of this donation happened after my Presidency ended hence my report.

However ultimately I did give my MoD Chaz the freedom to spend money on COs at his own discretion and I'm happy to be held accountable for all spend on COs during my term as CP. However I don't believe him to be capable of spending so much in such a little time as he has proven himself consistently to be a fantastic MoD. I also believe my term ended with 49k left for the MoD to spend on COs for my successor to use alongside the 400k. So I assume if COs were placed in the battle I opened on the 6th some of 49k would have been used.

However I fully agree the facts need to come out on this one.

My knowledge of game mechanics has not failed me. The donation to the MoD was approved sometime between 13:42 UK time (05:42 new world time) and 13:53 UK time (05:53). Admittedly during my term as Country President although in the final 18 minutes at most making an expenditure of the donation to the MoD in my term high unlikely and implausible. The accuracy of the MoF report can be counted as verified.

As a reminder readers can verify this yourself as the "Proposed by citizen, xx days ago" counter ascends a number each day at the time it was proposed. So it'd be a case of checking the counter around 1:40 pm (UK) time and refreshing the screen on occasion to watch the counter ascend.

One more thing... Where's over 100,000cc that was placed on the Monetary Market by Bank of England? Why isn't that money mentioned in this report?

There hasn't been that amount of cc on the Monetary Market from the Bank of England for a while. I'm not sure where you are getting your information from?

The current Country President sets out the policy regarding the use of Government Orgs. So I'll speak with Suezo however I don't see any issue with it personally o7
