[MoF] Ministry of Finance: Report 3 (January Performance)

Citizens of ePakistan, receive my cordial greeting. I am pamadapa, the current Minister of Finance/MoF (Governor according to eRepublik).
We are at the end of Government term, this is the third and final report of January. This article intends to inform the situation in the economy of our eCountry, and their absolute transparency in the economic process.

I will proceed to report the economic situation and development finance (performance) by the ePakistan Government in January, divide it into sections:

I - TAX REVENUE

✎ First Half of Term (eDay 2604 to 261😎
Tax Revenues: 10,864.36 PKR
Average daily tax revenue: 724.29 PKR

Donations: 240 PKR (endorsements MoF: Report 3(December Perfomance) 150 PKR, Report 1 (January) 25PKR and MoE: 65 PKR)
Total Income: 11,104,36 PKR

✎ Second Half of Term (eDay 2619 to 2634)
Tax Revenues: 11,520.59 PKR
Average daily tax revenue: 720.03 PKR

Donations: 185 PKR (from endorsements Report 2)
Total Income 11,705.59 PKR

✎ In January, the revenue generated by our Country from tax revenues, was:
Tax Revenues: 22,384.95 PKR
Average daily tax revenue: 722.09 PKR

Donations: 425 PKR (240 PKR from endorsements Report 1 + 185 PKR from endorsements Report 2)
Total Income: 22,809.95 PKR

II - EXPENDITURE

The total expenses for the month was 20,000 PKR, spending as described below:

According I have understood and information that provided me, it would have spent money being contributed by TheJakal and Faris because we did not have money on the ORG, but not confirmed to me so far the exact amount of money.




III - TRANSFERS, COUNTRY TREASURY & BALANCE

»» TRANSFERS

eDay 2633, proposed transfer Law of 400,000 PKR from the Country Treasury to “State Bank of Pakistan” ORG

eDay 2634, proposed transfer Law of 200,000 PKR from the Country Treasury to “State Bank of Pakistan” ORG (is important to note that this law still is in the process of approval by Congress, so the money mentioned is "in limbo" until there is approved and transferred on the ORG or rejected and returned to the Country Treasury)


»» COUNTRY TREASURY

eDay 2603 (Initial Treasury) was started with Treasury in 25.01 Gold and 891,751.15 PKR

Until eDay 2618 (end of First Half of Term) the Pakistan Treasury is 892,855.51 PKR. In relation to Gold, the value remains constant at 25.01

Until eDay 2634 (Final Treasury, end of Second Half of Term) was ended with Treasury in 294,561.10 PKR. The Gold value remains constant at 25.01



IV - ePAKISTAN ORGS

Our President on eDay 2631 authorized me access to it. Another important news is that our CP Ahsan (theCaliph) been able to recover all the ORGs own of the eCountry, which this is great news and gives us the possibility to optimize our revenues and so, provide better opportunities for all citizens .

V – MONTHLY PERFORMANCE REVIEW

In the month of January, ePakistan has collected a total of 22,384.95 PKR by way of Tax Revenues and total expenditure of 20,000 PKR.
This means that there was a surplus of 2,384.95 PKR



At end of Term, our Country Treasury has decreased from 891,751.15 PKR to 294,561.10 PKR. The Gold remains at 25.01 (You should note that there are actually cash transfer, and is not a real money loss, but is the amount you may see in the Country Treasury In-Game)



For you have a more completed vision, I will make an equivalence of values in Gold. To do this I shall take the *Current price of Gold in the Monetary Market


*Gold Equivalent: 1 PKR is equal to 0.005 Gold

Treasure Vault > Spread -2,985.95
Initial Treasury (891,751.15 PKR): 4425.44 Gold + 25.01 Gold = 4,483.76 Gold
Final Treasury (294,561.10 PKR): 1,472.79 Gold + 25.01 Gold = 1,497.81 Gold

Country Orgs > Spread +3,009.54
Initial Money in ORGs (3288.54 PKR): 16.44 + 0.01 Gold = 16.45 Gold
Final Money in ORGs (604,371.47 PKR): 3,021.85 + 4.14 Gold = 3,025.99

Total Amount of Money > Spread +23.59
Initial Money: 4,500.21 Gold
Final Money: 4,523.8 Gold


FINAL COMMENT

My personal goal is to achieve transparency by way of information, manage and efficiently use the money of Pakistan.

We had a month with good news as the recovery of ORGs, changes with the new distribution of the resources by "Resources War", also have been changes (reduction) in VAT, Import Tax and Work Tax. All these laws were proposed by some Congressmen, and were being approved. On this point I do my valuation and say that if citizens are satisfied with the new values I have no objection. Perhaps it would not be the values I would have in mind, but in the absence of a consensus space to discuss modification, are the things of this way. Obviously we will have a decrease in our revenues through taxes, but we have other tools that can compensate. We'll see over the course of days, the evolution of the facts and if necessary further changes will be made.

I ask citizens seeking employment in the "Job Market" of ePakistan, buy goods in the "Marketplace of ePakistan" and if possible to ePakistanis. This brings a whole benefit and activates the economy of our citizens and increased revenue collection of our Country.

As Minister responsible for finance in our Country, I am satisfied with what has been done, but always think it can be made much more.
