For those citizens who do not know some financial terminologies, let's first clarify what bonds are:

What is a Bond?
A Bond is a loan that the bond purchaser (bondholder) makes to the bond issuer. Governments issue bonds when they need capital to fund projects and operations.
Principal amount is the face value of the bond. The date on which the bond expires and the loan should be paid back in full, is known as maturity.

But, what you get as an investor?
An investor who buys a Government bond is lending the government money. ePakistan Goverment in this oportunity issue a special Bond called "Prize Bonds". You dont get interest on them, but you can get your money back any time you want, and you are put into a weekly draw with a chance to win prizes.

PRIZE BONDS: How do they work?
The Government of Pakistan from the Ministry of Finance issue 500 bonds known as "Prize Bonds", available in face value of 1000 PKR. You get your money back at the end of the period specified. Prize Bonds are entered into a weekly draw (friday) with prizes ranging in value

Prize Structure:
1st Place > 75 Q7 Weps
2nd Place > 50 Q7 Weps
3rd Place > 25 Q7 Weps
4th Place > 10 Q7 Weps
5th Place > 5 Q7 Weps



How can I buy Prize Bonds?
1) 1000 cc must be donated to the pamadapa/MoF
2) Send private message with the serial number if you want some specific number, remember to be in the range 001 and 500
3) You will receive a private message confirming the transaction, if it was approved, and details for the draw



How many Prize Bonds can I buy?
you can buy the amount you want until all the Bonds issued are exhausted (more numbers you own more chances to win). Note that Pakistani citizens have priority



Can I purchase Prize Bonds as a Gift?
Sure, in this case you must appoint on the private message, direct link and name of the citizen to which you want to give "Prize Bond" as gift



When are the draws?
On Fridays of each week until the date of maturity of the Prize Bond



Is my Prize Bond included in every draw?
With Prize Bonds you are eligible to win one prize in each weekly draw in every draw



How are Prize Bond winners selected in the weekly draw
The prize bond draw is conducted using a online tool to draws. A prize bond can only win one prize in each weekly draw.
Prizes are awarded to the bond serial numbers (in descending order of amount), this means that the highest valued prize is awarded to the first prize bond in the series, the second highest valued prize to the second prize bond in the series and so on until all prizes are awarded.


How do I know if I have won a prize?
All Prize Bond winners are notified and The winning numbers are listed on our IRC Channel => MoF.pk



I Can re-sell my Prize Bonds?
At the moment you can not sell Prize Bond to someone else




If I need my money, what's what I do?
You can get your money at any time you want. In this situation you should send message requesting your money. As soon as possible I return your money but must pay a commission of 30% of the face value.
