[MoF] Central Bank Transactions

Day 1,530, 23:15 Published in India Greece by Jack Lantos

To provide transparency we have made accounting from the Central Bank of India (CBI) viewable to the public: http://tinyurl.com/eIndiaCentralBankAccounting

This spreadsheet provides an up to date record of every input and output from the CBI during the current term.

Deductions from CBI

Deductions are made from the CBI to purchase weapons and food from suppliers, and the supplies are sent to department members for distribution services - the NDA dispatch for military and the MoMC and Retention teams (RT). The prices of goods improves as we garner additional suppliers willing to accept INR as payment. At certain times it becomes more cost effective to purchase goods from the local market, as the tax revenue circulates back to treasury - this backflow is tracked exactly in the spreadsheet in the "CBI-->Treasury" column. In either case, the costs and quantities of purchases are always recorded in this spreadsheet, as well as where they were transferred.

Special case deductions such as payment for the Albania mission soldiers are covered, and links to supplementary information are included where appropriate.

Deductions are made from the CBI for loans, and the loan repayments are returned to the MoF for verification and deposited in the treasury (not the CBI directly).

Additions to CBI

Congress is responsible for the transfer of treasury reserves to the CBI for safekeeping, and each proposal to transfer from treasury to CBI is listed.

Tax Income Tracker

There is a separate tab in the spreadsheet designed for calculating the rate of tax income into treasury on a moving-average basis for income projections. More on this innovation later.

Not included

There is a government Q5 weapons company that is held by MoD Fireredsky, which operates separately from the CBI and not included in the CBI accounts.

Further explanation of elements within the spreadsheet are available on request, send me a pm if you need information. A number of people have previously left comments for me at the end of articles, but these are somewhat difficult to respond to especially when they are placed in someone else's article. Thanks for your understanding.
