ich möchte die Gelegenheit nutzen, um Euch an dieser Stelle über zwei Themen zu informieren:
1. Umstrukturierung des MoF’s
2. Bilanz des Staatshaushalts für den Oktober



1. Umstrukturierung des MoF’s
Zu Beginn der Legislaturperiode wurde das MoF umstrukturiert, um so eine höhere Transparenz der MoF-Arbeit zu erhalten. Dafür wurden zunächst alle Organisationen “geräumt” und der Bestand an DEM/Gold dem Staatsaccount gut geschrieben.
Also zweiter Schritt wurden nach und nach 7 Organisationen mit 50k DEM bestückt, um damit am MM zu handeln. Infolge des Verbotes über den Verleih von Organisationen an Privatpersonen durch den Kongress wurde der Bestand gesplittet, sodass derzeit mit 11 Organisationen am MM gehandelt wird.

Zur transparenten Dokumentation aktueller Bestände, Transaktion und Bestandsverläufe wurden ein entsprechendes Sheet für den Oktober eingeführt. (Sheet November)

Weiterhin gibt es ein Sheet, indem alle Zugangsberechtigungen dokumentiert werden. Dies wurde aufgrund der Einführungsphase im Oktober noch nicht so gepflegt, wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte. Im November wird jedoch intensiver drauf geachtet, dass es den aktuellen Stand wiedergibt.

Die übrigen Differenz an Gold von 244,39g wurden in 50.963,87 DEM umgewandelt [Kurs 208,535].

Lässt man die einmaligen Ein- und Ausgaben außer Betracht, wurde ein Gewinn von 79.654,74 DEM diesen Monat gemacht. Ob dieses Ergebnis im nächsten Monat durch die verringerte Work-Tax von 3% gehalten werden kann, wird sich im Laufe des Novembers zeigen.


Weiterhin kann ich bereits einen ersten Erfolg für den November vermelden. Der Zugriff auf 3 bisher “unbekannte” Organisationen konnte erlangt werden. Diese wurden dem Staatseigentum gut geschrieben und werden, wie die anderen Organisationen, für den MM-Handel verwendet.

1. Restructuring of the MoF's

At the beginning at the legislative period the MoF has been restructured to increase transparency of the work of the MoF. For this, all organisatons have been cleared and the stock of DEM/Gold has been assigned to the national budget. In the 2nd step each of 7 organisations got 50k DEM to take action at the monetary market. Due to the prohibition regarding the rental of organisations to private persons which was decided by the eGerman congress, the stock has been split, so that 11 organisations are currently traded at the monetary market.

For the documentation of the transactions and changes in inventory, a special Sheet for the monat October is included.

There is also a sheet where all access authorizations are documented. Because of the introduction stage in October, this sheet wasn’t maintained as much as I could have wished for.
In November we will make sure, that the sheet keeps pace with the current state.

The remaining difference of 244.39g were converted to 50963.87 DEM [Rate 208.535].

Leaving aside the one-off expenses, a profit of 79.654,74 DEM was achieved for this month. If it is possible to keep this trading result for the next month because of the reduced Work-Tax of 3%, it remains to be seen in the course of the month.

Furthermore I can show a first result for the month of November because we got access to 3 hitherto unknown organisations. These are taken to the national budget and are traded on the monetary market.
