In eRepublik world everyone need to work to gain money. By having money you can spent it to buy food to refill back your energy that you have been using for fighting.

To choose your employer, make sure to choose the one who give you the highest salary. You need to work with the company for 3days then you can resign and seek for a better salary.

Work for yourself. It is important as everyday you will produce 100 food by working at your own company.

By achieving work for 30 days, you will receive Hard Worker medal. This medal will award you 5 gold. Keep the gold and use it wisely. To get more medal in hard work, it will show you to eRepublik world that you are an active player.
