[MoE] University of Switzerland!

Dear eSwiss citizens,
finally, almost at the end of this presidential term, the University of eSwitzerland is final online!

This University is intended to help new citizens understanding the basic mechanics of the game, but its aim is also giving helpful hints to develop a citizen account at its best.
As you probably know the eWorld is full of guides, tutorials and so on, but we wanted to create something a little different, something less complete but handier, something whose lengthiness must not scare new players.

Here newbies should be able to find all game basis handled essentially, with some articles or wiki references to know more about a certain topic, if interested.
We still need to finish it off, especially under the layout aspect, and translate it: that’s why we also ask for your help!

If you feel like, please try consulting it, browse all the site and give me a feedback, so we can add and refine where needed, we can improve the aspect and make it easier to consult.

We also call for translators!
We need to translate all the site both in French and German. The only thing we ask is translators are native speakers or have an equal language skill.

Note from the presidency: New logo to the MoE and the University of Switzerland will be part of Welcome Message of the country, which will be changed soon.
