[MoE] Final report

Dear citizens,

Belgium went through some times last month, let's hope we will continue to wake up in peace after the 5th. Now what did the MoE do? We:

- effected payments, registered donations and did some MM transactions
- launched the transfer of 70000 BEF to the NBB-BNB account
- maintained and explained the Treasury sheet
- gave instructions on how to donate to the state
- wrote a how-to about the new resistance war module
- advised on region renting, wage cartels, money market, ...
- tabulated today's stabilised reserves at 138610 BEF and 1912.52 gold
- kept strong finances even if we didn't put a formal long-term vision to Congress vote
- obtained from Congress emergency funding for the Ireland war.
- obtained from Congress the long-awaited doubling of the BTA budget
- advised against the land grant scheme
- helped vote down the admin citizen fee increase
- contributed to agreement on a consensus level of RM import taxes
- helped reject the N@ggeract.

Impressive term ! I'm an old and senile "politican" and i have experienced in the past some difficulties to keep the motivation and the quality of work at the highest level during the 3rd or 4th terms in a row in a government position, but you just stay awesome month after month ! A real asset for eBelgium : - )

I am sorry Ward, but most of the stuff you give yourself credit for are not even your ideas.

The land grant is mostly Shadow. The N@ggeract Act was a joke. Obtained from Congress the long-awaited doubling of the BTA budget was more of the Olv007/ Xironn thing. The emergency fund for the war was silly for the war was a lulz war.

Both "maintained and explained the Treasury sheet and gave instructions on how to donate to the state" is your job. I mean nothing really bad happened but nothing really good happened as well. Overall nothing special happened and you inflated your list quite some bit.

Regardless good job and thanks for your past efforts.

Konra😛 it was my idea to advise negatively to the land grant in the current form.
Jokes also can be advised negatively, especially useless ones.
The BTA law was put to a vote by me at the right moment.
The emergency funds for the war were taken seriously by most; and we never knew, during the war, whether it would be serious or not. The fact that I did my job could be mentioned I think.
