eCR Ministry of Defense

The President of eVenezuela and the President of eCzech Socialist Republic:

desiring to raise relations between the Venezuelan government and CSR government

have agreed to the followings.

PART 1:


Article ONE:
In virtue of the alliance established between the Venezuela and theCzech Socialist Republic , the high contracting parties mutually undertake to afford one another military and other assistance and support of all kinds in war against the imperialists.



Article TWO:

The high contracting parties undertake not to enter into any negotiations with the agressive Government or any other government in the agressive nation that does not clearly renounce all aggression intentions, and not to negotiate or conclude, except by mutual consent, any armistice or peace treaty with the agressive nation or any other State associated with her in acts of aggression in the world.

PART TWO


ARTICLE III

The high contracting parties declare their desire to sign a MPP in the nearest possible time.

ARTICLE IV

Should either of the high contracting parties during the peace period become involved in hostilities with an agressive nation, in consequence of the attack by that State against that party, the other high contracting party will at once give to the contracting party so involved in hostilities all military and other support and assistance in his power.

ARTICLE V

The high contracting parties, having regard to the interests of security of each of them, agree to work together in close and friendly collaboration for the security and welfare of the nations.

The high contracting parties agree to work for eachothers development.

ARTICLE VII

Each contracting party undertakes not to conclude any alliance and not to take part in any coalition directed against the other high contracting party.

ARTICLE VIII

The present treaty shall remain in force for a period of 2 months. Thereafter, unless 10 days' notice has been given by either party to terminate the treaty at the end of the said period of 2 months, it shall continue in force until ten days after either high contracting party shall have given notice to the other in writing of his intention to terminate it.

In witness whereof the above-named plenipotentiaries have signed the present treaty and have affixed thereto their seals.

Done in duplicate in Moravia on the 16th day of September, 2010 in the Czech, English and Spanish language, both texts being equally authentic.

Prezidenti eVenezuely a eČeské Socialistické Republiky chtějí zvýšit propojení mezi venezuelskou vládou a vládou ČSR.



Dohodli se na následujícím:



ČÁST PRVNÍ



Bod I

V hodnotách spojenectví založeného mezi Venezuelou a Českou Socialistickou Republikou se zúčastněné strany vzájemně zaručily poskytovat si jeden druhému vojenskou pomoc a podporu všeho druhu ve válce proti imperialistům.



Bod II

Zúčastněné strany nebudou vyjednávat s žádnou z vlád agresorů ani jinou vládou agresivního národa, která se jasně nezřekne všech dobyvačných úmyslů a nedohodne nebo nevyjedná, mimo vzájemného souhlasu, příměří nebo mír s útočícím státem či jakýmkoliv jiným státem připojeným k ní v jakékoliv agresi ve světě.

ČÁST DRUHÁ



Bod III

Zúčastněné strany deklarovaly touhu podepsat MPP v nejbližším možném čase.



Bod IV

Žádná ze zúčastněných stran by neměla během časů míru začít válku s národem agresorů. V případě napadení poskytnou ostatní účastníci dohody spojenecké straně zapojené ve válce všechny vojenské prostředky a jakoukoliv potřebnou podporu, či jinou pomoc jejím silám.



Bod V

Zúčastněné strany věnovaly pozornost obraně každého z nich, souhlasily blízce spolupracovat a přátelsky se podílet na bezpečnosti a prospěchu národů.



Zúčastněné strany souhlasily pracovat navzájem na vývoji.



Bod VII

Žádná ze zúčastněných stran neuzavře spojenectví a nebude se účastnit koalice namířené proti jiné smluvní straně.





Bod VIII

Současná dohoda bude trvat po dobu 2 měsíců. Poté, nejméně do 10 dní, bude dodáno oznámení všem zúčastněným stranám končící smlouvy. Ta bude ponechána v platnosti po dobu 10 dnů dokud každá ze zúčastněných stran nenapíše oznámené všem ostatním o úmyslech ukončení této.



Za svědectví a ve shodě uvedených zplnomocněnců byla podepsána prezentovaná dohoda aby tak upevnila ještě více jejich vzájemná pouta.



Duplikát vytvořen na Moravě 16 dne měsíce září 2010 v českém, anglickém a španělském jazyce. Všechny texty jsou autentické.
