[MOD] TDM Officer Drive
Hello malaysian citizens today all of you have an amazing oppurtunity
You have the chance to become an officer maybe even a very high ranked officer in the TDM that is about to become the most organized and efficient fighting force we have yet seen in the TDM. You will be expected to do work and we will be very strict about it most of it will be sending out Roll Cals and managing platoons. Higher up ranks will perform duties such as sending out supplies, becoming a strategist helping to potentially decide the fate of our entire region, talking to wordly officials, helping to coloborate orders, and sooo much more.
The structure We may possibly attain needs plenty of officers. As we shift into V2 we may need to split into 4 brigades or split into 2 that focus on each others weakness. An entire guard based division may not even be able to retain unless we get enough officers.
Now many of you think whats wrong with our system now as we go into V2. For the most part we arent a large nation that can call upon a person in a matter of a day to replace one. If we were to split platoons to simply have a even amount of each class of troop and one person departs in one platoon, that platoon could be at an entire disadvantage because of that one person, with a system that involves massing 1 or 2 classes could allow us to easily send troops to a given area that is at a disadvantage class wise for example if there is 3 tanks against 2 infantry where tanks have advantage numerically as well as having the class advantage, we would most likely want to send some helicopters to help out as they are good versus tanks. In this case we wouldnt have to cut into platoons and dig people out or send entire platoons putting many soldiers at a disadvantage or simply throwing them in places where they will be less effective. If we have a larger mass of similar classes we can just send a squad over in the area to help, then with groups that work on each other's weaknesses such as infantry and helicopters you could simply place them together and they will be pretty secure.
Obviously none of these ideas can be proven to work yet and are not official and if you have any structural ideas please PM me.

I would like to become officer..
You would be transferring out of Paskau then Muhammad. There will be some officer openings in Paskau within probably a week. If you still want to transfer then that's fine, but please mail me with your answer.
