[MoD] Little Information Regarding Resource Wars

Day 3,100, 02:51 Published in Sweden Sweden by Cmurgh

I'll try to be brief. New resources have been introduced and number of old resources have been changed, so the mighty eRep Gods created an event and we have to get our desired resources all over again or so we'll try.

You can check the resources we've already got and the ones we plan to get here: Resources

As you can see currently we're planning to win Grain, Oil and Saltpeter. one of them is an uncommon resource and the other two rare resources, which means it's not that easy to win them.

To be able to get a resource we need our Domination points to be a multiple of 30K.
In case you don't know what domination points are, they are the points you see in the battlefield and when a side reaches (or passes) 1800, the battle will be over.

As you know a battle may last approximately two hours. And domination points are awarded to the side with more than 50% influence and the awarded points changes throughout the battle:

minute -> points/minute
0-T30 -> 10
T30-T60 -> 20
T60-T90 -> 30
T90+ -> 60

(T90 = 90 minutes battle has been running)
For example if we have the wall on 52% when the battle has just started we'll get 10 points in a minute. But if the battle's been running for 100 minutes we'll get 60 points/minute.

The point being: when we're about to win a resource, be more careful hitting in battles specially after T90, check whether we need those 60 points or not as the damage could be irreversible!

So in one battle (round) a side can get up to 1800 domination points and since there are 4 divisions: 4*1800=7200

Domination points are calculated weekly and are reset on Tuesdays. You can check our current Domination points from here: Domination points

If you click on the shiny banner with the timer on the left bar:
You can see the resource pool:

So before fighting:

- always check whether a resource we want is close to being available. If the resource will be available in the next couple of hours always assume that we'll have a special op going on!

- check your MU feed for fresh information coming from you commanders/captains

- check your friends feed for information coming from the government.

- if you're not sure what to do, do NOT fight during that time. Ask your MU leaders for info instead.

Any question? Shoot!
