Day 1,528, 14:20 Published in Ireland Ireland by The Irish Community

Well the census is over, and I have figures to share. Thank you to everyone who took the time to fill in the survey!

Lets get started..

(all figures are percentages)

Real Life Questions

Well this wasn’t a surprise, but that’s a huge difference. Knew there were more fellas on here, but eRepublik is a seriously macho place going by this. Explains all the warring anyway.

Here the population is heavily young adult based, with a decent showing of some older folk. Overall fairly varied, which is nice to see.

So we aren’t a bunch of sad people with nothing better to do than play browser games! Almost a dead even 50/50 chance that the average erep player is attached.

Decent amount of rl Irish in here it seems, we all know we have a lot of friends from abroad over but it’s a lot more even than I had thought.

Didn’t find any surprises here.

Evidenced by all the talking in eIreland, most can claim English as their first tongue.

eRepublik Questions

Current Irish citizens keeping up with local news see and enter a local survey. No shock there. Makes the answers relevant to the current population anyway.

So we see here that most people log in a few times a day. No doubt to maximise their use of health throughout the day.

Now this did surprise me. Given all the whining about the game and how it’s become an excuse to drain more from the mega-tanks wallets, to see that so many normal citizens have bought gold is amazing.

So besides the tanks who filled this in, most people are looking for economic independence. Are people impatient or do they not think a player can work their way up the business ladder on their own at all.

Wow. 88% of people don’t play the game because it’s good or they enjoy it. Seems you either make some friends in this game, or spend long enough at it that it’s part of the daily routine..
