*LEAKED* New TWO Charter!

There is one universal eRepublik truth:

Serbia has no friends.

This afternoon, Serbia proposed a new TWO Charter. The new charter cements Serbia’s hold over the alliance, and ensures that no other nation can challenge their will.

The major change to the charter, is the addition of a weighted voting system. This means that Serbia and Poland’s votes will be worth more than Spain and Hungary’s. And worth even more than the UK’s and Slovenia’s.

5. Voting rights
In order to bring the fairness and equality weight in voting system and to prevent miss use of it, TWO is introducing following rules.
5.1 Country presidents have a right to vote on any issue which they seem fit. The document should be made on voting and voting will last up to 24hours on any issue. Issue can be put to vote by each TWO CP or at least by three ACT CPs.
5.2. Weight of the vote by countries is as follows (each country gets the following).

- Poland and Serbia – 3 points
- Spain, Hungary – 2 points
- United Kingdom, Slovenia – 1 point
- Taiwan, Latvia, Thailand, Estonia, Belarus, Venezuela, Montenegro, Austria, Slovakia – 0.5 points


According to Serbia; Spain and Hungary are second class citizens. And the United Kingdom and Slovenia are nothing but pariahs. It’s sort of surprising that they didn’t just vote to remove them, that’s how much this proposal neuters them.




This is how TWO treats it’s members. By making them slaves to Serbia.
