[Kravenn] A foreign Affairs guide for eUK citizens

Well, I made it : After my big tutorial to help every beginners. I decided to write another one.
This time, it talks about foreign affairs



Why ? Simply because it is something who interest a lot of people but not the easiest.
By example, Some young players could think that RL relations can be transposed into Erepublik.

On this guide, I mainly talk about relations between UK and every other country.
Who can be considered as main enemies for a country... and when I found a fun fact : I added it.



Almost every country has its own page (like every current alliance).
PS : I know that for several countries, there is only 2-3 sentences.

Also, I found interesting to talk about former alliances (but I only talk about those who I know since I play. It means : May 2009). Older players will remember Peace GC, Phoenix, Eden, …

To finish this small article : I hope that you will like my guide and also some young players will apply to join MoFA team. Those who are currently minister have all began with a smaller job (like ambassador in Foreign affairs).
