First thing I'd better get across are my policies:

1) With the possibility of the constitution changing, I plan to advise congress on implication or advantages that certain changes could have on the government's ability to work.

For example if they allowed the CP to move government money freely then e-UK's ministries will get the funds they need faster, however this also means a higher chance of it getting stolen... AGAIN!

This should mean that the constitution will need minimal tweaking after it is active!

2) Try and get more activity and coordination from PLUTO, and if that fails, discuss the possibility of leaving the alliance due to it being completely ineffective.

We as an alliance have been losing a lot of battles lately and I feel like this is a lack of activity/coordination. So I'm going to give them a few weeks and if I still feel like nothing is coming from this alliance I will discuss it with congress and hold a vote.

3) Bring back MoEd. As you may know now, with the metagaming going on in e-UK it can be tricky to learn about how the government works. So I plan to work with NHS in finding out exactly how much new player know about metagaming and construct an education program/tutorial based on the results.

Ministry of Defence

Their main responsibility will be to make sure that we make the french pay top price to keep our regions. However, we can't forget our alliance! So when needed we will helping our allies in their times of need. Same old blah blah here really, they need to make sure that the MoD orders are updated regularly and maybe hand out a few tanks when hitting against france.

Funding for tanks won't come from taxpayers money

Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Their job will be the complete opposite of MoD. They are to ignore any PM's from french officials as I will not be seen raising the white flag to the frogs! However, I'll gladly take their surrender. Their top priority will be to maintain contact with PLUTO and close allies. They will be making sure that we know when allies need our help, and that allies know when we need help.

Ministry of Finance

With the possibility of the way our government works changing, there is also the possibility of that the way that money is controlled/moved. So I want them to continue as normal unless the new government is formed. In which case I'll personally help huey adjust to any of the changes.

Ministry of Home Affairs and Education

I'm leaving Voodoomike completely in charge and responsible for MoHA team. Their activity relies mostly on him here. He will be task with some media activity and interviews. I also want him to help MoEd in collecting information via interviews and surveys to see what it is exactly that new players are struggling to understand. This should help MoEd construct a beneficial training program into metagaming.
