Election Results and Regional Census

This is the Siamese Sentinel's 1st Regional Census. To coincide with each presidential election, this special monthly edition will count how many voters submitted their ballot and give a comparison to the month before. Countries will be ranked and compared to their ranking the previous month. Since this is the first edition, no comparison will be given this month. Stars will indicate elections where a PTO was fought. Here's the list:
