[IMPORTANT] Petition to allow the participation of smaller parties

Dear readers and Admins,
Let me bring to your attention the disappointment of many politicians on how to participate in elections to the Congress.
Now, as in beta, the party must be in top5 to participate in the elections with their candidates. As is explained here:
"To candidate in the Congress elections you need to be selected by the Party President. Only the top 5 parties in the country can participate with their candidates. The order is based on the number of members"
We believe that these arrangements are unjust, because to involve the smaller parties to politics is very important,This makes the policy more realistic, gives citizens the opportunity to choose between several alternatives and makes the political debate more interesting, otherwise smaller parties can not find reasons to continue to exist and always the same people will govern.Also think that a party could be pushed from this situation to create fakes (and this is a crime!).
I write this petition and I ask you to sign so that even the smaller parties have the opportunity to participate actively in the political life of their nation.
