ابتداء من اليوم يمكنك البدء بالتقديم لبرنامج المنح الذي قامت الحكومة بانشائه! بعد مشاورات كثيرة قمنا بانشاء برنامج منح حيث يتم منح اللاعبين الاولياء للمملكة ما لا يزيد عن حوالي عشرين سبيكة ذهب شهريا
معظم المنح لن تصل الى العشرين, العشرين هو الحد الاقصى. كما اريد ان اكون واضحا من البداية انا المنح ليست حقا لاي احد. سيتم اعطاء المنح بسرية من قبل الحكومة ولكن ان كنت مواطننا وفيا للمملكة ولديك سببا او هدفا محددا قد تحصل على المنحة. المملكة ليست من اغنى الدول لكين لدينا ما يكفي من الذهب لكي نمول لاعبينا بحيث يصبحوا اقوى مما يقوي الامة ككل

باستلام البرنامج لذا تقديم الطلبات سيكون لي انا وفي كل طلب ساتناقش مع باقي الاعبين الخبراء وساتخذ قراري واذا رفض طلبك ساخبرك بالسبب كي تصلحه لكي تحصل على المنحة المرة المقبلة

و الان ساخبركم كيف يمكنكم الحصول على هذا الذهب المجاني
أ- فقط الاعبين الاولياء للمملكة سيحصلون على الذهب. لن تنفع المملكة ان حصلة على الذهب ثم غادرة الى دولة اخرى لذلك ها هي الشروط
اولا, ان تكون مواطننا من المملكة لاكثر من مئة يوم
ثانيا, ان يكون لديك اثنان من ميداليات العمل الجاد في رصيدك
ثالثا, ان يكون لديك على الاقل خمس مئة قوة
رابعا, ان لا تكون قد كسرة قوانين المملكة او اللعبة

ب- المنح هي لتطوير ملفك وليس كي تشتري السلاح و الاشياء السخيفة الاخرى. لا يمكنك استعمال المنح في اي طريقة تريد بل هي كي تطور شيء معين في وقت معين لذا عليك تقديم شرح مفصل للشيء الذي ستطوره لذا لثبت انك استخدمت المنحة لسسب الذي تقدمت به نطلب منك التي
اولا, عليك تقديم صورة لما ستقوم بتطويره كجزء من الطلب
ثانيا, بعد تسلم المنحة عليك ان تقوم بارسال صورة للشيء الذي طورته خلال اسبوع من استلام الذهب
ثالثا, اذا كان هدف التطوير خلال احدى الخسومات فسانتظر اسبوعا بعد الخصم لاستلام الصورة. ان استغرق الخصم وقتا طويلا فساطلب منك صورة لكي تثبة ان المال لا يزال موجودا قبل الخصم
ج- عدم تقديم الصور سيؤدي الى حرمانك لمدة ثلاث الى ست اشهر من برنامج المنح. مال الدولة ليس مزحة استخدمه لما قلت ستستخدمه والا لن تحصل عليه مجددا
د- قد يتم رفض الطلب لاي سبب واتمنى ان لا يسبب هذا البرنامج بافلاس الدولة ولكن ان لم يكن لدينا مال كاف او بدوت مشبوها لن تحصل على المال فلا تتصرف كمحتل سياسي
لتخليص اذا كنت لاعبا وفيا للملكة عمرك اكثر من مئة يوم يمكنك التقديم لمنحة كل شهر ولكن لا تحزن اذا رفض الطلب. اذا قدمت خطة جيدة ملحقة بالصور قد اعطيك مبلغا من الذهب مناسبا لما ستقوم به. ارسل لي صور بعد التطوير كي تحصل على الذهب في الاشهر القادمة , وارجو ان تحذروا من ان تمنعوا من اللعب او ان يتم طردكم من اللعبة

- اكثر من حساب للشخص الواحد
- المحاولة او التخطيط لاحتلال سياسي
- اعطاء معلومات مهمة لدول غريبة
- اي نوع من انواع الخيانة

Are you struggling to upgrade your training grounds?

Does a profitable company seem like it will never come?

Starting today, you can apply for a grant from the government! After much discussion we have formed a system where we can help loyal players who won't leave Saudi Arabia with a maximum of 20 gold each month!

Most Grants will not be 20 gold, 20 is the maximum. I also want to be clear right from the beginning that no one is entitled to receive a grant. Grants will be issued at the discretion of the government, but if you are a loyal player, and you have specific goals for upgrading your account, you will probably receive a grant to help you. Saudi Arabia is not the richest nation in eRepublik but we do have some extra gold sitting around and we want to help our younger players to grow stronger so they will increase the strength of the whole nation.

I Venrick von Lucia, will be in charge of this program so you will need to talk to me to apply for a grant. In each case i will discuss your application with other senior players before i make my decision, and if you get rejected i will tell you why so that you can fix the problem and get your grant next time.

With all that said, let me lay out the rules and system for how this will work and how you can get your free gol😛


A; Only loyal players will get a grant. It's no good for Saudi Arabia if we give you gold and then you go to some other country so here are the requirements that will prove your loyalty for grant application:
1 - you must have had Citizenship in Saudi Arabia for 100 days
2 - you must have 2 Hard Worker medals in your profile
3 - you must have at least 500 strength
4 - you must not have committed crimes or broken the rules of eRepublik or the Saudi Arabian Government.

B; Grants are for advancing your account in specific ways, not for buying tanks or some other pointless thing. you can’t use the grant any way you like, it will be issued for a specific upgrade each time so you must provide a full description of what you plan to upgrade. To prove your plans and to prove that you used the grant properly you must provide these screenshots:
1 - You must provide a screenshot of what you plan to upgrade as part of your grant application.
2 - After receiving the grant you must provide a screenshot of the upgraded facility within 1 week of receiving the grant.
3 - If the grant was issued with the intention to upgrade during a discount i will wait until the discount period to require a screenshot of the upgrade. If it takes a long time i may request another screenshot before that just to prove that you still have the funds. again the screenshot will be due within 1 week of my request.

C; Failure to provide screenshots or misuse of the grant will result in a 3-6 month suspension from the grant program. Getting Government money is not a joke. Use it the way you said you would or you won’t get any more.

D; Grant applications may be rejected for any reason. Hopefully this program won’t bankrupt the country but if we don’t have enough money or if you seem suspicious, we can’t issue a grant.

To summarize... if you are a loyal player over 100 days in Saudi Arabia, go ahead and apply for a grant each month, but don’t get upset if it is rejected. If you give a good plan and screenshot i will probably give you an amount of gold that is appropriate for what you need. Give me a screenshot after you upgrade so that you will be able to get more grants in future months, and please please try not to get banned and don’t do anything that would disqualify you from more grants.

Also here are a few things that will make me not want to consider you for a grant as they violate the trust of the government in eSaudi Arabia:

- Candidating for Party President against the official candidate.
- Multi-accounting
- attempting or planning Political Take Over (PTO)
- Giving sensitive info to foreign powers
- any kind of betrayal
