[GOV] Military orders Day 731/732

China, our ally in Sol has come under a Russian invasion. Everyone is ordered/requested to defend China. Ignore any other battle! (Ignore the battle in Peru, the one in North Korea, the Irish training war and the soon to start Sol Games!) Fight only in Inner Mongolia! Keep your wellness high and don't fight after healing! Use weapons! Soldiers shouldn't use their survivor kits but apply for weapons.
