Cerb is war

Hello panpas,

I'd like to announce my GOALS and CABINET for the month. Without delay, here they are:

GOALS:

Military:
The past few Presidents of Cyprus have made great strides in improving our military, especially Presidents ibretlik and iaberis. I plan to continue this improvement by using IRC bots to store battle information, making sure our soldiers stay in the cyparmy and other channels, and having good suppliers to feed our panpas.

Foreign Affairs:
We will siker our enemies.
We have been wiped a few times lately. This wiping has to stop. I understand we are surrounded by enemies, but we are also part of an alliance which theoretically helps us. Some of our allies have discussed a new alliance which is better at fighting ONE. I will discuss this, but my primary concern is what is best for Cyprus and what the Cyprus citizens here want to see.

We also need to expand the Cyprus presence. We can do this by sending ambassadors to other nations, and through an expanded iNCi presence in other countries. INCI is not just Cyprus - iNCi is global. Inci is Earth.

Economy:
There is not much to do here because the invisible gods make us buy gold and devalue our own currencies. However, our ministers will make sure we are saving some gold and CYP to strategically use in battles.

Communication:
Cyprus is a country with citizens of at least FOUR nationalities. We have Cypriots, Turks, Greeks, Americans, some Brazilians, and more. We need to make sure our articles are translated often and that we keep in touch with these citizens. If they feel disconnected, they will leave or stop playing, and we don’t want that.

Fun:
I will encourage more panpas to play haxball, use tinychat, and have a good time. Enjoy yourselves!

Askeri:
Gecmis birkac gipris basgani(ozellikle iaberis ve ibretlik) askeri gucumuzu gelistirmek icin iyi hamleler yaptilar. Bende bu gelismeyi irc botlari savas bilgileri,askerlerin ordudaki durumu ve diger kanallardaki durumunu denetleyerek ve panpalarimizi besleyecek supliciler bularak surdurmeyi dusunuyorum.

Dış Işleri:
Dusmanlarimizin anasini sikecez kenan gomtanim.
Son siralarda birkaç kez silinme vakasi gecirdik,bu silinme isine bir son vermek lazim aq. Dusmanlar tarafindan cevrili oldugumuzu bizde biliyoz aq,ama biz bide bize yardim edebilecek bir ittifagin bir parcasiyiz. Bazi dostlarimiz ONE a karsi pipisi uzun bir ittifak hakkinda tartisiyor,bende tartisacam ama benim onceligim Kibris halki icin en iyi olani , ve halkin neyi istedigidir.

Ayni zamanda INCI nin varliginida genisletmeliyiz. Bunu diger ulkelere temsilciler gondererek gerceklestirebiliz. INCI sadece KIBRIS ddegildir- INCI GLOBALDIR. INCI DUNYADIR.

Ekonomi:
Ekonomik olarak yapabilecek fazla bi nanemiz yok malesef.Gorunmez tanrilar bize gold aldirip kendi para birimimizi dusuruyollaaa. Ancak bizim bakanlarimiz emin olun ki savaslarin stratejik zamanlarinda kullanmak icin gold ve cyp biriktireceklerdir,yoksa analarini yeni yavrularin onune atarim !11!1 (TOKATCILARA DIKKAT EDIN BEYLER1!1!!1)

İletişim:
Kibris en az 4 milletten olusan bir ulke.Kiprislilar, Turkler, Yunanlar, Amerikalilar, az biraz Brezilyalilar ve dahasi.. Halkla iletisimimize yarayan makalelerin siklikla dogru anlamli cevrilmesi lazim. Eger biraz kopuk hissederlrse kendilerini, ya oyunu birakir amkoduklarim yada giderler, biz boyle birsey olsun istemiyoruz yani.

Eğlence:
daha fazla panpayi haxball oynamasi icin tesvik edecem, tinychat i kullanin ve iyi zamanlar gecirin !!
