Aujourd'hui, nous avons l'honneur de vous dire que MINGO (Monarchist Imperialist Nationalist Global Organisation) est désormais officiel.

Ce projet lancé, il y a quelques mois par Bougnatti avait du mal à avancer et a été donc laissé de côté pendant quelques semaines. Il y a de cela plus d’un mois maintenant, Bougnatti proposa à JM68 de l’aider et ensemble, ils se sont investis à fond dans le projet. Après de multiples contacts avec plusieurs partis disséminés sur l’eMonde, deux nous ont répondu et ont offert leurs aides pour que ce projet puisse voir le jour. Certes, il n’a pas été facile de garder espoir en ce projet, mais ces deux partis nous ont encouragé à continuer et nous les remercions, car sans eux MINGO n’aurait été qu’un projet perdu dans les archives.

Voici donc les membres fondateurs de cette alliance :

- Le Mouvement Bonapartiste (anciennement Union Impérialiste, France) Le travail conjoint de Bougnatti et JM68, ainsi que l’aide apportée par Alexandrin ont permis au projet de devenir concret.

- eBosnjacki Nacionalni Pokret (Bosnia and Herzegovina)

Un remerciement spécial àBIHkontinent (ancien PP du parti) qui a permis à l’alliance d’espérer pouvoir se créer un jour. Son aide et sa motivation fut des atouts nécessaires au développement de celle ci.

- Imperial Party of Canada

Un autre remerciement spécial à Punisher1389 (ancien VP de son parti) qui a redonner espoir à Bougnatti et JM68 que l’alliance pouvait voir le jour.

Aujourd’hui, MINGO se voit grandir avec un nouveau membre que nous sommes fiers d’accueillir :

Nous espérons que, tous ensemble, nous pourrons continuer à développer cette alliance et accueillir de nouveaux membres.



Tout alliance se doit d’avoir une charte pour qu’elle puisse prospérer et être organisée. Voici la charte officiel de MINGO (bien évidemment, d’autres articles risquent de se rajouter au fur et à mesure) :


Article 1:

Les partis présents dans cette alliance se revendiquent impérialistes, monarchistes ou nationalistes.

Article 2:

Tous les membres sont égaux entre eux quel que soit leur partie d'origine.

Article 3:

Aucunes insultes ou injures ne seront permises. Si cela se produisait, de graves sanctions seraient mises en place (suspension, exclusion...)

Article 4:

Les relations entre Eden (existe encore sur Erepublik), CoT, TWO ou toutes autres alliances existantes dans l'eWorld ne doivent, en aucun cas, affecter les relations entre membres présents dans l'alliance.

Article 5:

Chaque 20 du mois, un président de l'alliance sera élue et un conseil fédéral sera nommé et comportera, au minimum, un membre de chaque parti.

Article 6:

L'élection du président se fera telle qu'un cumul de mandat ne sera pas permis et sera donc en rotation afin que chaque parti puisse pourvoir ce poste. Aucune coalition dans cette alliance ne sera acceptée, chaque parti aura donc le droit d'avoir un membre président de MINGO.

Article 7:

Le conseil fédéral votera les décisions importantes ainsi que les lois et seul le président de l'alliance pourra les promulguer. 66% des votes seront requis pour qu'une loi soit adoptée. Entre 50 et 66 %, le président aura le dernier mot.

Article 8:

Si un parti veut rejoindre l'alliance, les membres actuels discuteront et décideront à l'unaminité son entrée ou non. Si une décision tarde à se faire, le conseil fédéral décidera en votant.

Article 9:

Si un parti n'est pas actif, le conseil fédéral peut voter son exclusion (66% de votes sont requis).

Article 10:

Un parti peut faire une demande de prêt de Golds ou CC. Cette demande sera soumise au conseil fédéral qui débattra et votera (66% de votes sont requis).

L'organisation officiel de l'alliance est http://www.erepublik.com/en/economy/citizen-accounts/3170653

Il y aura deux catégories dans cette organisation (du fait que c'est l'organisation du M😎 :

- 1 : budget du MB, personne sauf le Président du Mouvement Bonapartiste peut l'utiliser

- 2 : budget de l'alliance : seul le président de l'alliance peut en avoir accès. Les membres de l'alliance peuvent faire des dons à cette seconde catégorie.

Article 12:

Le channel IRC officiel de MINGO est #AMI (serveur Rizon). La présence des membres du conseil fédéral et du président sont souhaités.

Article 13:

Chaque mois, une révision de cette charte peut être faite pour une meilleure fonctionnalité de l'alliance et que les nouveaux membres y trouvent également leur compte.

Article 14:

Si un parti publie un article et souhaite que les membres de l'alliance le vote, les membres devront le voter. Un récapitulatif des votes sera accessible via une plateforme.

Article 15:

Si un parti membre de l'alliance risque de se faire PTO, les autres partis se doivent d'envoyer des membres dans le parti courant le risque.

Article 16:

Si un membre d'un parti veut découvrir un pays, et que ce pays compte un membre de l'alliance, le membre peut demander à être accueilli par ce parti. Les échanges diplomatiques sont égalements possibles.



Les partis fondateurs se sont mis d’accord et nous avons donc un Président qui entrera en fonction dès la publication de cet article. MINGO est fier de vous présenter Bougnatti (Mouvement Bonapartiste) comme étant le premier président de l’alliance.

Today, we have the honor to say that the alliance MINGO (Monarchist Imperialist Nationalist Global Organisation) is now official.

This project was lauched a few months ago by Bougnatti and unfortunately had difficulty in moving forward and was thus to left it aside hanging for a few weeks. There is more than a month now since Bougnatti suggested to JM68 to help him, and together they worked harder for the project. After multiple contacts with several parties in the eWorld, two parties gave us positive answer and offered their help for the development of the project. Certainly, it was not easy to keep hope for this project, but these two parties encouraged us to continue and we thank them, because without them, MINGO would be only a project lost in archives.

Here are the founder members of this alliance:

- Le Mouvement Bonapartiste (formely Union Impérialiste, France)

The common work of Bougnatti and JM68, and the help brought by Alexandrin allowed the project to become concrete.

- eBosnjacki Nacionalni Pokret (Bosnia and Herzegovina)

A special thanking for BIHkontinent because he allowed the alliance to hope it can be create. His help and his motivation was necessary for the development of that.

- Imperial Party of Canada

An another special thanking to Punisher1389 (former VP of his party) because he played an important role, he motivated Bougnatti and JM68 to continue this project.

An alliance must have a charter, so that she can prosper and be organized. Here is the official charter of MINGO (naturally, other articles risk to be add):

Article 1:

The present parties in this alliance have to claim imperialist, monarchic or nationalist ideas.

Article 2:

Every members are equals, whatever are their parties.

Article 3:

Any insults or threats to other members of the alliance are banned. If it occurred, grave penalties will be applied (suspension, exclusion,...).

Article 4:

Relationships between EDEN (formaly it exist on eRepublik page), CoT, TWO or any other alliance in eWorld should never affect on relations between parties in this alliance.

Article 5:

Every 20 of the month, a president of the alliance will be elected and a federal council will be named and will contain at least one member of every party.

Article 6:

The election system for president of the alliance is in rotation every month so that everyone can taste leadership and take full responsibility. No coalition in this alliance is allowed, also all the parties can become President of the alliance.

Article 7:

The federal council have to vote the most important decisions and only the president of the alliance can promulgate the laws and the decisions voted by the federal council. 66% of the vote are required for accept a law. Between 50 and 66% the president has the last word.

Article 8:

If a party wants to join our alliance, the current members will discuss and will decide unanimously if the party can join the alliance or not. If a decision delays being taken, the federal council will vote.


Article 9:

If a party is not active, the federal council can vote for its exclusion (66 % of the votes are required).

Article 10:

A party can ask for a loan of Golds or CC to the members of the alliance. This demand will be submitted to the federal council which will debate and will vote. 66 % of positive votes will be required.

There will be 2 categories (because it is the MB organisation):

- 1 : MB budget, no one except the PP of Mouvement Bonapartiste can use them.

- 2 : Alliance budget : only the President of the alliance can use them and all the parties can donate to organisation.

Article 12:

The official IRC channel is #AMI (server Rizon). The presence of the members of federal council and the president of the alliance is wished.

Article 13:

Every month this document will have a revision in order for better functionality of alliance and to make the document acceptable for potential new members (parties).

Article 14:

If a party want us to vote an article, others members have to vote it. A platform will be make.

Article 15:

If a party risks to be PTO, every others party of the alliance will have to send members of their party to prevent it.

Article 16:

If a member of a party wants to discover a country whose party is a member of the alliance, he can ask to be welcomed by this party. Diplomatics exchange can also possible.



The founder members agreed and we thus have a President who will take office from the publication of this article. MINGO is proud to present you Bougnatti (Mouvement Bonapartiste) as being the first president of the alliance.
