[Foreign Ministry] It's a good life in the Diplomatic Corps

Day 2,360, 10:37 Published in United Kingdom North Macedonia by Foreign Office

Good evening Patriots, PTOers and Perfidious Foreigners :3

It has become a common tradition for government departments to initially announce they have a busy month ahead, and we here in the foreign office are happy to oblige you with the reassuring knowledge that the same shall indeed apply to us. A major policy error on my part has now led most of the world's nations queuing up for an official meeting and thereby blockbooking Acroc and my deputy's spare afternoons.

Whilst some may naturally be shocked at so much attention being spent on strange and distant lands, we must never forget that the mysterious world beyond our borders may occasionally have a lot of attention on even humble us. Luckily this attention is slightly more positive than last months, it being invaded by several people an such, and we can now press ahead with formal plans to push for a full French surrender & humilition by June.

Fortunately we are happy to take on and train new staff as ambassadorial represenatives to foreign governments, allowing you to serve your country in the wonderful chaos of international relations. Whether you're a game theorist, constructivist or Monty Pythonist, you'll be more than welcome in the British Diplomatic Corps. We're particularly interested for those that can speak foreign languages without resorting to google translate 😛. So if you're not obviously dodgy and have a bit of spare time, help us and volunteer.

Candidates should send a message to me here.

We will also be intending to publish several feature articles over the term as part of an Empire Service; covering the changing global fronts between rivalling alliances, interviews with foreign presidents and alliance leaders, a brief history of the foreign relations of the eUK and the usual reports from our diplomatic corps.

Thanks for reading :3
