[FED] EA4PP - Third Time is Best Time

Hello Federalist Party,
Thank you for nominating me for Fed PP. This will be my third time running! Did you know 3 is my favorite number?
Sorry for this long article!
To be honest the plans that I have are kind of branching off of Fingerguns Terms. So lets see here... I have 5 goals I can think of right off the bat that I would like to accomplish for the 30 days I might lead.
But First, I’d like to introduce my VP.. CROMSTAR!
I choose cromstar because he is a legendary Fed with huge amounts of experience. He came back and is always active but doesn't get much involved in the Fed Leadership. However, he is up for it to come back and I need his wisdom and 2nd opinion! Together, we are an amazing team.

Numbah 1 – Fun Party is Fun
I'm one of the few believers who think eRepublik is actually fun... I also believe it is what you make of it! If you know how I act and talk, I am pretty care free and get excited easily.
IE: – The PokeFeds Card is something I want to continue and The Fed Awards are something that I want to bring back. Stuff like that is honestly... just fun. You can expect more things in that nature.
NUMBER DUO – Education and Media
I think that Education should be a sub-department of Media, led by the Media director but also having a “director” of its own. I think the Feducation topic of the Forum is kind of dead, and I would love to see some sort of re-haul of it. I think Fingerguns was planning on doing this and started, I’m just gonna continue it.
The DoE has a lot of National generic guides and help articles but I want to hone in on the Education of each Party Department and what you can expect in each department. It would be cool ( I THINK ANYWAY LOL ) if you could just go to the forum, click on a position you think is cool and read about it and maybe even have some prior examples of ex-department head work. I also feel that if Fed Members are ambitious enough to look at these it could spur some drive to lead and maybe even go into a position with a bit of courage and strive for excellence!
NUMBAH III – The Military Unit we now call S.H.I.E.L.D
Being a leader means you must know your weaknesses. Honestly, I feel I am NOT the best to lead the formation of the MU. I do feel, however, that Duncan Crowe and Tiacha honestly are the absolute best for this job and I'm expecting them (Duncan Crowe was like “hell yeah”) to take the lead on this. I have faith in them, and I hope you guys are okay with them overseeing a lot of the fruition of the MU. I know the PP is supposed to be in charge or whatever. I don't care, Son! (Tobuscus reference just ignore..)
NUMB4R 4 - Congress (Presented by Cromstar!)
The eUS Congress is an august body that helps run our fine nation...and is currently under siege by our enemies. In the battle to save America, Congress elections have taken a front seat, and as such, securing our party’s Congressional ballot with the best, the brightest, and the most eAmerican is of utmost importance. While a party president can do a lot for the party, ensuring we are represented by the best Feds in Congress means we can do a lot for the nation as well!
And the last number, number 5! - Create a team and express ideas
Honestly, me leading and making all the decisions where to flow is boring. I want a direction to go in, but thats lame if its a solo mission. I am trying to formulate an awesome cabinet where I think everyone will excel and won’t be afraid to be creative. I want the department heads to take some risks and try and really be great and work on outlandish projects. Projects that they want to do.
Like any PP, I just want communication. I want a Team that works well together and just gets sh.. stuff done. I love this Party and together we can really make this term, if elected, shine bright.

😃I want to try and share “fun” with the party and I will be co-leading a sub-department of retention that I will be adding... The Department of Fun, not really a new idea but an idea that I want to be concrete. Pretty much the department will have responsibilities to make sure things don't get TOO srs bsn.

No,no, I spelt it right under the image, the image is indeed wrong. But when I spell sheild I spell it e before I (because of that name thing), so having that picture I thought was fitting... for me at least. 😃
