Last week our ambassador to Ireland, Inept Punisher, interviewed irish MoFA Elite C. Unluckily we could publish this interview just now. Here’s his full interview!

La scorsa settimana il nostro ambasciatore in Irlanda, Inept Punisher, ha intervistato il MoFA irlandese Elite C. Purtroppo abbiamo potuto pubblicarla solo ora. Ecco l’intervista completa!

1 ) Hi Elite! First off, introduce yourself.
➤ Well I'm a 29 year old Accountant with a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, a Secondary School Teaching Degree (Accounting and Economics) and more recently a Masters in Accounting. I will take up full employment from October in one of Ireland's largest accounting firms which is really exciting I live in Galway and I'm heavily involved in all matters GAA within the country.

Currently farming the family beef farm which is always exciting.

In Game:
Joined in October of 2012 and got active in politics quite quickly becoming PP of the Irish Freedom Party the following December as well as becoming a member of Congress. Currently been in Congress on 14 occassions and PP if IFP for I think 12 terms but I've lost count :')
I have served in government a few times.
I sat on eIreland's first Immigration Committee and served as Deputy MoF for a month. I was also Minister of Community last year and I'm the current MoFA!

2 ) OK! How’s the irish internal situation at the moment?
➤ After the Premier election, as expected things are going well. Stupid fighting between strong-minded people have caused a bit of an upset 😉 But nothing that will worry anybody really!

Financially we are making great progress I'm told so we are certainly on the path to recovery.

In terms of my own office we are progressing nicely and have been well received by all our allies which is great.

After that there's the same as every country, socialists and conservatives fighting it out in articles and in elections!

3) And how is your foreign situation? Are you more close to Bulgaria-MKD (FYROM)-Chile or Croatia-Turkey? Also, what do you think about a friendly relationship eItaly?
➤ We're working very well with the eUK in paticular at the moment.

Its hard to say. We are very good allies with eCroatia and talk quite a bit with Chile-Macedonia-Bulgaria. We are becoming good friends with eTurkey atm. I would say collectively we are equally close to both groups.

I have talked with the MoFA od eItaly about an informal pact between our nations. They seem to have broken down the last few days but we are hoping to keep them going.

I'd like to talk about the 2 attempts of MTO against eIreland, now
Could you give us a little summary?
➤ As far as Im aware a rogue Turkish MU tried a Military Coup in eIreland. We drained our funds fighting them off and thankfully were successful. However, at the next chance they returned again with another MTO attempt. With no state money, we were thankful for the donations of many citizens and allies, who helped us fend off those that threatened to destroy our democracy. We then decided the best course of action was to elect a Premier (our own dictator). This has now been accomplished.

5 ) Well, I think we touched all the hot points of the irish situation.

1 Ciao Elite! Prima di tutto, parlaci di te.
➤ Beh, ho 29 anni e sono un ragioniere con una laurea in 'Economia&Commercio', una laurea di scuola secondaria (Contabilità ed Economia) e più recentemente un master in Contabilità. Prenderò un lavoro, pienamente, da ottobre in una delle più grandi società di revisione contabile d'Irlanda - che è davvero emozionante!
Vivo a Galaway e sono fortemente coinvolto in tutte le questioni di GAA (un'associazione sportiva irlandese, ndr) all'interno del paese.
Attualmente allevo i buoi dell’azienda di famiglia, che è sempre emozionante.
In Game:
Registrato nel mese di Ottobre del 2012, sono stato attivo fin da subito nella politica diventando PP (Presidente di Partito) dell'Irish Freedom Party il Dicembre successivo. Attualmente sono stato in Congresso 14 volte e PP dell'IFP per 12 volte, ma ho perso il conto :')
Ho preso parte nei Governi un paio di volte.
Ho fatto parte del primo Comitato d'Immigrazione d'Irlanda e ricoperto la carica di vice-MoF (Ministro delle Finanze, ndr) per un mese.
Sono stato anche Ministro della Comunità (un incarico governativo simile al responsabile FUN, ndr) l'anno scorso, ed ora sono l'attuale MoFA!

2 ) OK! Com’è la situazione interna in Irlanda, al momento?
➤ Dopo le elezioni del Prèmier, come era previsto, le cose stanno andando bene. Stupidi litigi tra persone testarde hanno causato un po' di caos. Ma niente che possa preoccupare davvero qualcuno!
Finanziariamente mi hanno detto che stiamo facendo un grande progresso quindi siamo certamente sulla strada della ripresa.
Nei termini del mio ministero stiamo progredendo bene e siamo stati ben accolti da tutti gli alleati, che è ottimo.
Dopo ciò, c'è la stessa storia come in ogni paese: socialisti e conservatori che litigano negli articoli e nelle elezioni!

3 ) E com'è la vostra situazione nella politica estera? Siete più vicini a Bulgaria-Cile-MKD (FYROM) o Croazia-Turchia? Inoltre, cosa ne pensi di una relazione di amicizia con l'eItalia?
➤ È difficile da dire. Siamo in ottime relazioni con la Croazia e parliamo un po' con Cile-Macedonia-Bulgaria. Stiamo diventando inoltre buoni amici della Turchia al momento.
Direi che collettivamente siamo equamente vicini a entrambi i gruppi.
Ho parlato con il MoFA italiano per un patto informale tra le nostre nazioni.
Sembra che sia stato sospeso in questi giorni, ma speriamo che le relazioni possano continuare.

4 ) Lo spero anche io!
Vorrei parlare dei due tentativi di MTO contro l'Irlanda ora.
Potresti scrivere un piccolo riassunto degli avvenimenti?
➤Per quanto mi riguarda, so che una MU turca 'distruttiva' ha provato un Golpe in Irlanda. Abbiamo prosciugato tutti i nostri fondi per combatterli e fortunatamente abbiamo avuto successo. Tuttavia, appena ne hanno avuto la possibilità hanno tentato nuovamente un MTO. Senza soldi, grazie alle donazioni di molti alleati e cittadini, siamo stati aiutati a sconfiggere quelli che hanno minacciato di distruggere la nostra democrazia. Dopodichè, abbiamo deciso che la migliore strada fosse quella di eleggere un Prèmier (dittatore scelto da noi). Ed è stato fatto.

5 ) Bene, penso che abbiamo toccato tutti i punti caldi della situazione irlandese.
