Greetings, Britain.

Tonight, I am pleased to present to you, the culmination of months of work, weeks of effort, and minutes of article writing. It is with great pleasure that I announce the formation of Legion. Few people question the benefits that interacting with every citizen has; look at the 200 strong membership of TUP Family. As well as that, look at the efforts which have seen UKRP ascend to a majority, and #1 spot.

Power is not garnered in private, nor is it something which one can simply negotiate over. This is something which our party has based itself on since it was founded many months ago. At first, we were simply TUP-lite. There is no denying that without any binding policies, any sort of ideological background with which we could present ourselves, we were simply "another left party."

Since that fateful night when ESO was launched, we have been on a quest; how can a party be mechanics based? How can a party accept and promote ideas purely based on whether they could be effective? From land and company grants, tax amendments and contracts between congressman and their constituents, we are continuously seeking ways to ensure there is no gap between those in power and those who elect them, whilst also proposing solutions to the real ills that the majority of UK citizens suffer.






It is with this in mind, that I am pleased to present our parties answer to "Military interaction" with citizens. Our "militia" will be one which promotes members eventually integrating with the official channels of the Government backed Army. However, we are mindful of the pitfalls, bad experiences and, in some instances, unwillingness to join the Government Army, and so no-one will be forced to do so.

In short, here is the founding mechanics of our Militia;

- All members will be accepted
- All members will receive weekly donations of food, regardless of whether they work in ESO companies or not*
- All members who work in ESO companies will receive 6 Q5 weapons per day, to do with as they wish. (yes, you can sell your supplies or fight wherever you wish to)
- All members will be rewarded for activity, whether that is signing up for the forums, trying out IRC, ranking up, gaining medals and achievements, etc.
- At no point will any member be refused supplies, or membership.
- The militia will regularly release guide articles and tutorials, written or edited by leading UK citizens: ex ministers, presidents, or just those who have "been around".

*Membership is judged based on being in the ESO militia, "legion" which you can find here







So, thank you to all ESO members who have put their time into the project so far. Also a huge thank you to those members who have committed to supplying employment, supplies, or assistance towards the project. If you are in any doubt, at present the Militia will be run by the lovely me. I promise not to be terrible. Seriously.
