Join the new world

Theocracy is changing. We are now moving all soldiers to Spain and except for a couple of congressmen in South Korea that will move to Spain until the end of this week we will have all soldiers living in Spain on Monday. So our rules will need some adjustments for this new lifestyle.

I'll also take advantage of this opportunity to make clear to the Spanish population the state of the art of the relation between Theocracy and Spain. And I'll publish this in both English and Spanish to be sure it will not be misunderstood.

Relation with Spain

The Theocratic Holy Army is independent of Spain. We are not part of the Spanish Army. We have no official founding from the Spanish government. We do not receive orders from them either. Our only sure relation with the Spanish government is the taxes we pay for living in Spain. If the spanish army desires our support in a battle, they can ask for our support and we might ask for a subsidy in items or resources to fully or partially cover our mobilizing costs, but never for profit.

One of our former requirements to enroll in the Theocratic Holy Army was the willingness to fight against any country and never fight against the Theocratic Nation. Now that we will no longer own a nation, this requirement will change to the willingness to fight against ANY country. When I say ANY, it includes Spain.

Of course our choice to move to Spain took into account the good relations we have with Spain, and we do not expect it to change any soon. So there is no reason for the Spanish population to be aware of our presence. We will not engage spanish politics. Our soldiers will not be allowed to join political parties and they were instructed to not even apply for spanish citizenship.

Theocratic Holy Army Rules

I) Work for Theocratic companies within a specific business model.
This means that if we find someone working in some non-theocratic company without having an agreement, he will be expelled from the army. Our companies are there to supply our army and we will not accept to people not willing to help the whole group.

II) If the Theocratic Army is officially involved in a war, the Soldiers must fight in its support even if the war is against their original Countries.
If you are not willing to fight against your original country, you will not join the army. Don't think we will never fight against your home country because we fought against almost every country already. Don't take us as fools trying to avoid answering if you would fight against your home country or not.

III) If the Theocratic Army is not officially involved in a war, the Soldier may ask for a leave to go and fight for the side the Soldier wishes on his own expenses. In those cases, the Theocratic Army may provide also tickets, weapons and gifts on its own discretion if the war may be used for ranking.
If the army is not involved, the arsenal must not be touched. Fighting on your own expenses means you use your own currencies and gold to buy your weapons, moving tickets, gifts and wellness packs. Exceptions are made for ranking purposes only. And, the word is clear: exceptions. The rule is not to have any distribution at all.

IV) Theocratic Soldiers cannot be part of another Army, the orders of the Theocratic Army have precedence on everything else, and they cannot be members of any political party.
Nobody can be part of two armies at the same time, otherwise we cannot count on the soldier, nor the other army. If our soldiers want to use their free pass to go fight for someone else or against someone they dislike, it is not of our business. They can can even ask for weapons and gold. We don't care. But they must follow the orders of our army above anything else and we don't want anyone stuck in congress undermining our potential damage if we decide to deploy.

Recruitment

The change we are going through is to ultimately characterize our army as an elite force. The Theocratic Holy Army never fought officially very frequently, but it always hits hard when it is seriously involved in a battle. We use high quality weapons that take longer to produce in a quantity enough to supply ourselves.

Our current soldiers will remain in our army while they wish to stay, regardless of the requirements we will ask. From now on we will only take new members if they can make 300 damage with 100 wellness and Q5 weapon. This is roughly a Field Marshall with 16.5 strength. And we will revise this limit from time to time. The salary in our companies at the moment is fixed above skill 7 at 24 ESP. Whatever we accumulate in the companies ultimately go back to our soldiers in supplies to fight. We are currently accepting new members specialized in land or construction skills.

It is imperative that those applying to the army follow the rules we have. They are there to ensure we all have fun together.

Ranking Program

Many of our soldiers didn't see too much action in South Korea. Many of them worked for low salaries for a long time accumulating a reasonably large stock of weapons that are ultimately for their use. Now, the following soldiers are eligible to receive up to 5 Q1 weapons daily for 2 weeks or until they reach the rank of Field Marshall:

The conditions to take this subsidy are:
i) The soldier must start the day with 100 wellness;
ii) The soldier must work every day;
iii) Send a message to Calangao saying if the soldier prefers to receive 5 weapons and gift himself, or receive 4 weapons instead.

If the THA gets involved in a battle, the ranking program will be put on hold and resume after that.

Actualización sobre las normas de Sagrado Ejército Teócrata (THA), las relaciones con España, reclutamiento y ranking.


La Teocracia está cambiando. Todos los soldados nos estamos moviendo a España, y salvo un par de congresistas de Corea del Sur, que se desplazarán a España al final de esta semana, tendremos a todos los soldados viviendo en España el lunes. Nuestras reglas también necesitan algunos ajustes para este nuevo estilo de vida.

También aprovecharé esta oportunidad para dejar claro a la población española, el estado del arte de la relación entre la Teocracia y España. Y voy a publicar esto en Inglés y Español para asegurarme de que no sea malinterpretado.

Relación con España


El Sagrado Ejército Teocrático es independiente de España. No somos parte del Ejército español. No tenemos ninguna financiación oficial del gobierno español. Tampoco recibimos órdenes de ellos. Nuestra única relación fija con el gobierno español son los impuestos que pagamos por vivir en España. Si el ejército español quiere nuestro apoyo en una batalla, éste puede ser solicitado y el THA podrá pedir una subvención en artículos o recursos para cubrir total o parcialmente los gastos de movilización, pero nunca con ánimo de lucro.

Uno de los requisitos anteriores para inscribirse en el Sagrado Ejército Teocrático era la voluntad de luchar contra cualquier país y nunca luchar contra la nación teocrática. Ahora que ya no tendremos una nación, este requisito va a cambiar por la voluntad de luchar contra cualquier país. Cuando digo cualquiera, incluyo España.

Por supuesto, nuestra decisión de trasladarnos a España tuvo en cuenta las buenas relaciones que tenemos con España, y no esperamos que esto cambie tan pronto. Así que no hay razón por parte de la población española para temer nuestra presencia. No vamos participar en la política española. A nuestros soldados no se les permitirá afiliarse a partidos políticos y ni siquiera solicitarán la ciudadanía española.



Reglas del Sagrado Ejército Teocrático


I) Trabajar en una empresa teocrática dentro de un modelo de negocio específico.
Esto significa que si encontramos a alguien que trabaje en una empresa no teocrática, sin tener un acuerdo previo, será expulsado del ejército. Nuestras empresas están aqui para abastecer a nuestro ejército y no vamos a aceptar a las personas que no están dispuestas a ayudar a todo el grupo.

II) Si el Ejército Teocrático está participando oficialmente de una guerra, los soldados deben luchar en su apoyo, incluso si la guerra es contra sus países de origen.
Si no estás dispuesto a luchar contra tu país de origen, no podrás ingresar en el ejército. No te creas que nunca lucharás contra tu país de origen, porque hemos luchado contra casi todos los países ya. No nos tomes por tontos tratando de evitar responder si estás dispuesto a luchar contra tu país de origen o no.

III) Si el Ejército Teocrático no está oficialmente participando de una guerra, el soldado puede pedir un permiso para ir a luchar por el lado que le de la gana cubriendo sus propios gastos. En esos casos, el Ejército Teocrático podrá ofrecer también los billetes, armas y regalos a su propio criterio si la guerra es utilizada para subir de ranking.

Si el ejército no está participando de una guerra, el arsenal no debe ser tocado. Lucha cubriendo sus propios gastos significa que el soldado utiliza su propia moneda u oro para comprar las armas, billetes, regalos y wellness pack. Se hacen excepciones para subir de ranking. Y la palabra es clara: excepciones. La regla es que no habrá distribución para cualquiera.

IV) Soldados teócratas no pueden formar parte de otro Ejército, las órdenes del Ejército Teocrático tienen prioridad sobre todo lo demás, y no pueden ser miembros de ningún partido político.

Nadie puede ser parte de dos ejércitos al mismo tiempo, de lo contrario no podemos contar con el soldado y el otro ejército tampoco. Si nuestros soldados quieren utilizar su licencia para ir a ayudar alguien o luchar contra alguien que no les gusta, no tenemos nada que ver con esto. Pueden incluso pedir armas y oro. A nosotros no nos importa. Pero deben seguir las órdenes de nuestro ejército por encima de todo y no queremos a nadie atrapado en el Congreso disminuyendo nuestro daño potencial si luchamos en otro país.

V) El Soldado Teocrático debe registrarse en el foro

Reclutamiento

El cambio que estamos viviendo es, en última instancia, para caracterizar nuestro ejército como una fuerza de élite. El Sagrado Ejército Teocrático no luchaba oficialmente con mucha frecuencia, pero siempre golpeaba duro cuando estaba seriamente implicado en una batalla. Nosotros usamos armas de alta calidad que requieren más tiempo para producirse en cantidad suficiente para abastecernos a todos.

Actualmente estamos aceptando nuevos miembros especializados en raw o construcción.

Es imperativo que los candidatos para el ejército sigan las reglas que tenemos. Estan impuestas para garantizar que todos nos diviertamos juntos.

Programa para subir de ranking

Muchos de nuestros soldados no tuvieron mucha acción en Corea del Sur. Muchos de ellos trabajaron por sueldos bajos durante mucho tiempo acumulando un stock bastante grande de armas que son, en última instancia, para su uso. Ahora, los siguientes soldados pueden recibir hasta 5 armas Q1 diarias durante 2 semanas o hasta que alcancen el grado de Field Marshall:

Las condiciones para comenzar este programa son:
i) El soldado debe empezar el día con 100 de bienestar;
ii) El soldado tiene que trabajar todos los días;
iii) El soldado debe enviar un mensaje al comandante supremo de la THA ( Calangao ) diciendo si prefiere recibir 5 armas y giftearse a sí mismo, o recibir solamente 4 armas.

Si el THA se involucra en una batalla, el programa de ranking se pondrá en espera y continuará después de que la batalla termine.
