I just hope that all people that blamed me for not being fully open about the work on the MM and our treasure finally wake up; We ain't safe and its shown here someone can easily become CP here and by doing so get access to all assets.

Disclaimer; I haven't read anything other than this article as I don't visit forum any more so I don't have a clear view on what actually happened nor the total impact. For all I know It could even be a (sick) joke from FtA.

For those wondering; The reason for not visiting any more are mainly due to the short sightedness of several players out there that resulted in attacks on me several times and more importantly not being willing to change the way we work and by doing so taking risks by acting short sighted/ignorant. I have been Don Quichotte way to long.

Indeed; Nobody saw it coming. That's what I warned for all the time but people didn't want to belief it could happen. Not even when we had CP's that did spend way to much or forced their way into access before. As said; I hope people wake up now so things will be done more properly. More as it would be in RL so to say. If you try I think you can still find several proposals about that. Most likely in the congress archive. If you still fail to see that well... Never mind. I see you can and will interpret it that way FtA. Just like a minority of others that happen to have a lot of congress power. Sorry Weekstrom, I have to agree with Fhaemita here. Your fist 2 alinea's are fine, the last one unnessesary. However, we managed to deal with the current situation, ans indeed it is a lesson for the future that it is better that no one have full acces to all org except the keykeeper.

I don't see the lesson? The KK was the only one with access to our most important org. The CP had only access to a few gov orgs.

And on top of that, almost nothing was stolen, and the culprit was caught and has more or less revealed 7 of his multies. All that remains to be done is banning all of them permanently.
The stolen money might even be returned to the state, if Lord Jale hasn't done too much fancy stuff to make that impossible.

In any case, Lord Jale probably won't be able to spend the small amount of stolen money.

So what we've just proven is that robbing eNL's money is virtually impossible nowadays. That should definitely be a lesson to other people wanting to rob a treasury: they should pick another country.

Using the official lawbook lord Jale could have done much more harm if he played it smarter. We're just lucky he didn't.
