[ENG][MoINF] Update Week 2 [ALERT]

Day 967, 23:30 Published in Ireland Ireland by Irish Min. of Information

Alright guys, here's your update for week two of the IBhoy administration. We've got a jam-packed article of information from almost every Ministry, and lots of important updates for how we are facing the challenges of V2, and the impending uproar of the Military Module.

Defense

Our MoD will have the majority of his update posted sometime tomorrow before the Military Module opens (we hope). His article will include:

-NEW IDF specific forums.
-Updated information on Companies.
-Organization of Personnel.
-Fund-raising plans.

Please keep an eye out! For more info, see the Foreign Affairs update below.

Finance

The State loans program is now under way. It has never been more important to aid Irish GMs. The issue of Raw Material consumption means we need to help out GMs with RM companies abroad, to purchase export licenses to Ireland. If you are interested please see here for details.

The Monetary Market and Banc Treasury have not experienced any bugs that we have seen. These are really the only stable parts of the overall economic structure at the moment. All of the markets are currently in general flux. The admins are still tweaking the productivity formulas so until they're finished the instability will continue.

The Treasury is staying fairly stable. That's one advantage of having no wars; no MPPs or tanking to spend on. So, this means we're not spending much on Military operations but then again...neither are any other countries. In my opinion this means that we need to be prepared for high military spending once the military module activates. Our enemies are saving up...

The Monetary Market has been stabilized at .018, if you all can get the word out that that's where it will stay it will encourage others to reinvest in the MM and give it some stability. The product markets are so crazy right now the MM is a good way for our citizens to make some money.

Industry

Calling all Irish GMs
Message the Irish State Industries to enroll in the eIrish Enterprise Kickstart program to avail of all the best advice and linkage to articles from across the eWorld. We are opening up a new communication channel with the Irish GMs to try and give them a head start in learning about the best production policies and try. This new mailing list will also serve as a great tool to the ministry and indeed to government in the future, where we can contact all our GMs in a speedy fashion.
Non GMs are also welcome to enter into the project if they are also intent on learning more about running a company.
Message us now link (only available to eIrish citizens)

High leveled Harvesters your country needs a couple of you!
Are you a farmer with an eye for a bit of the ohh la la?
Would you like to sit in the porch of a virtual chateau, sipping fine wines and cheeses of the highest decree?
Do you like the French?

Well forget about the last one, but we desperately need a few high skilled harvesters in our French Stone company. We pay reasonable wages and to find out just how much you could make with us then pm "Irish state industries".
Take the horse to France link Dooooo it!!

We look forward to hearing from all of you.

Health

Well, The only ORG MoH controlled become a helicopter CO and is now part of IDF's companies.
There is not much MoH can do other than continue to sell houses (there are around 15 Q1s in stock still) and the Q5 house. Paschoall plans on publishing an article calling for opinions of what the MoH should do and hopefully give out some insights about Wellness and Happiness once he has it figured out himself (He's waiting for some kind of calculator or so...)

MoImm

Marcus and Dubh are working hard on updating a spreadsheet they have that has all the past applicants and any information about them within it. They do this for two reasons (the history part), first being they see who may have been rejected how many times they are applying. Also with the info they get, this will be helpful if there is a change over in personnel. We are working hard with contacts abroad in other immigration ministries to make sure Ireland and other allied countries know who is a person to beware of. Currently Marcus is recruiting players from the United States to build up our numbers, this is something that Moo wanted him to start and they are offered MT's and money for food if they move to a region we ask. ATM we haven't had any progress on it but we will continue to try.

New Citizens

There have been no new citizens for 3 days, but if you know of any new citizens that need help and information, please direct them to Bristel Akina or supermaghe.

We need a group of volunteers who can function as funnels, making friends and sending them information about how to play and play with the least impact on their health and happiness.

All new citizens need to be messaged within 36 hours of joining, so they don't feel ignored, a list can be provided to anyone if they'd like to add the new citizens to their friend lists, and it is recommended you try finding at least one new citizen to be a mentor to.

We are planning on working with other departments in order to function best as a sorting system, a way to get new citizens what they need to survive then thrive.

MoR

Recruitment outside of eRepublik will be on hold until the admins solve the numerous bugs within’ the game and reopen the war module. We want new citizens coming into a fresh game with potential and open battles-- war retains players! Rest assured the MoR has spent this time to build upon his list of forums, websites, and Facebook groups to recruit off of. There has been development within the eWorld as IBhoy is funding an eIreland tourism campaign aimed at attracting citizens from around the globe to our island. Keep your eyes peeled for new comers within the IRC and be as helpful as possible!

Please vote up this recruitment article.

At the request of our President, Kolshire asked Iain of the UK if they were willing to end our current War Declaration, and at what price. The response from him was swift- the UK will not be ending the war and is not willing to consider any conditions.

This is a clear message to all eIrish people. PREPARE FOR WAR!!!.
