To all eMalaysian, it is sad for me to say that eMalaysia will surrender Peninsular Malaysia to eThailand as part of a rental agreement stated below:
1- eMalaysia will surrender Peninsular Malaysia to eThailand, with rental agreement of 20 Gold.
2- After Peninsular Malaysia is taken, eThailand MUST NOT wipe eMalaysia (Sarawak region) or this agreement will be nullified. Instead, a ping pong style Training war session will take place after eThailand have Peninsular Malaysia until Peace Treaty can be sign.
3- eThailand must release Peninsular Malaysia 3 days before Congress and then eThailand can take it back again after Congress election is done.
4- eMalaysia will not NE eThailand at all. eThailand must remove NE status on eMalaysia at the latest after 7 days they proposed it.
5- This agreement will last for one months. It can be renew/extended if there is a request from both side.

I know most eMalaysian will hate me for this action, just like what happen with the Non-Aggression Pact agreement with eCroatia last year. The prospect of direct open war is just too risky for eMalaysia. Rather than risking an open war and get wiped, it is best to have one region than losing all region.
It is a tactical and strategic retreat, and Sun Tzu once said in his book, The Art of War, "He who knows when he can fight and when he cannot will be victorious." I have decided what is best for eMalaysia and I will take the whole responsibility for it.
Call me a coward if you like, because I am a wise man (and a strategist) that prefer peaceful actions rather than being a heartless warmonger. I believe the next eMalaysian government will be able to do much better job than I am.

Kepada semua rakyat eMalaysia, ia adalah menyedihkan bagi saya untuk mengatakan bahawa eMalaysia akan menyerahkan Semenanjung Malaysia ke eThailand sebagai sebahagian daripada perjanjian sewa yang dinyatakan di bawah:
1 - eMalaysia akan menyerahkan Semenanjung Malaysia ke eThailand, dengan perjanjian sewa sebanyak 20 Emas.
2 - Selepas Semenanjung Malaysia diambil, eThailand TIDAK BOLEH menghapusan eMalaysia (wilayah Sarawak) atau perjanjian ini akan dibatalkan. Sebaliknya, sesi perang latihan gaya ping pong sesi akan mengambil tempat selepas eThailand mempunyai Semenanjung Malaysia sehingga Perjanjian Damai boleh ditandatangani.
3 - eThailand mesti melepaskan Semenanjung Malaysia 3 hari sebelum pilihanraya Kongres dan kemudian eThailand boleh mengambil ia kembali lagi selepas pilihan raya Kongres tamat.
4 - eMalaysia tidak akan NE eThailand langsung. eThailand mesti membuang status NE pada eMalaysia paling terdekat selepas 7 hari mereka mencadangkan ia.
5 - Perjanjian ini akan berlangsung selama satu bulan. Ia boleh memperbaharui / dilanjutkan sekiranya terdapat permintaan daripada kedua-dua belah.

Saya tahu yang paling rakyat eMalaysia akan membenci saya untuk tindakan ini, sama seperti apa yang berlaku dengan perjanjian Non-Aggression Pact dengan eCroatia tahun lepas. Daripada mempertaruhkan perang terbuka dan dihapuskan, ia adalah lebih baik untuk mempunyai satu kawasan daripada kehilangan semua rantau.

Wise or not, I have few things to say.
1) This is the CP's decision and I shall respect and abide his decision. But I'm a superstitious man, shall there be a different outcome from this agreement(rents not paid, they wiped us out, or anything that does not follow the agreement, which also include intervention of other ecountries which by standard not in our control), I demand the resignation of the CP immediately.
2) does the CP of eIndo knows about this, they might perceive this as a threat,complicating matters. So see the 1st paragraph
my apologies for double posting but this is another issue that I will highlight.
Since Nerzhu is stepping down and proposed Godfather II as the next CP candidate. I want to make sure that the 1st paragraph I have typed also applies to the next CP assuming Godfather II is the next CP. This is due to the reason that as the MoFA, he is one of the signatories of this agreement. So should he be CP and something bad happen. I would also demand resignation immediately.

HardFever: Yes, we all are afraid of being betrayed and backstab. Just like what happened during last year NAP agreement, however the Croats keep their promise in the end.
I want to see whether can Thais do the same thing or not. Consider this as an integrity test for Thais, can they hold their MPPs power? This battle will only drain their MPP damage, they should have known this earlier.
JDT0RR3Y: One does not simply ask for resignation, Godfather II is the perfect man to take care of Malaysia. He even helped me to negotiate this deal with Thais and I respected that man the most.
Yes, Thais did pay half of the rental agreement few hours ago and will pay another half tomorrow (due to the fact that an account can only accept max 10 Gold per day).
Yes, we also did informed our Indonesian ally about this too and I will show the evidence of rental payment soon too.
