Reimu Hakurei (ft. Marisa Kirisame in background)
So, it's empress day again, and this time from the Touhou department, we sent our player character, Reimu Hakurei.
博麗霊夢 / Hakurē Rēmu
She is the shrine maiden in her tiny shrine at the edge on Gensokyo.
It's just work.
Reimu looks after the Great Hakurei Barrier, that keeps Gensokyo hidden from the outside world.
This card cannot be destroyed by any other card. If Reimu Hakurei isn't on your field, destroy the card. This card makes Fantasy Monster on your field able to choose to not go to deck in End Phase. When this card leaves the field, all Fantasy Monster on the field goes back to the owners' deck. I am not good at Yu-Gi-Oh terminology, excuse any miss.
Reimu, being a human, does not have any special ability. Her ability is simply "to fly", or sometimes "mainly to fly".
Actually, being able to fly is awesome enough.
If Reimu is killed, then the Barrier will be destroyed. All inhabitants in Gensokyo will be wiped from reality. (They are already wiped from reality, kinda, but it's complicated. It's really just about the point of reference.)
It's a sad story, actually.
So, no Youkai would challenge Reimu... but that make days pass longer. We are bored. That's why Reimu invented the spellcard rule. You make your power into beautiful barrage of energy blobs, then you throw them at the opponent. If you get hit, you lose.
VS Fujiwara no Mokou, the girl that accidentally drunk the Elixir of Hourai, that made her immortal and, by anime logic, gain phoenix power.
Youkai in Gensokyo, almost as if taking turns, try to make incidents happen. Remilia "makes the sky filled with red mist so that she can enjoy daytime without getting sunburn". Suika once "make it so that people party every other day". Seija decided that "it's best for items to have power that exceed their master, and make everything reverse(including your screen)". The ultimate one is, Tenshi "destroys the shrine just to see what will happen". Well.. that's a bit too far, isn't it.
It's said that the energy total of all the projectiles in the battle can provide divine energy for the sun to keep going around the world for ten thousand years.
Now, since I think enough is enough, and any more content will be frowned upon.. I hereby request you all to vote for Reimu Hakurei in the Empress Day this month!

I just proved that I am really the one who is behind the echo. I started to doubt my existence.. but now I finally find confidence in my own value.
(Out-of-Character: You know, Kyouko is the one that makes echo. It isn't the bouncy sound thing. Check this out for related stuff. For more detail, Touhouwiki is the place to go to.)

Well I'd say that mentioning that she can fly above reality is pretty damn important, not something you should miss.
It's not that important actually. If I cannot sum it up in two sentences, it's too far. I understand the pain of not being able to say everything. I write the article, after all.
Well yeah but I'd say that that in particular is pretty much her trademark and what makes her so strong.
As if "being main character" doesn't automatically make her OP. BTW, "You have successfully donated 0.09 Gold. If the user accepts, the amount will appear shortly in the citizen account."
Fair enough.
I appreciate your input nonetheless. I am sure that someone out there would appreciate you saying all these here.
