[Elite C] Plan for Government Revised

Hey everyone!

Due to recent events, I have altered my plan for government so it fits better with our current situation.
There are two things on my agenda which will be my priority:

1. A more cohesive eIreland where national interest is placed before party politics

2. A more active and proactive community

A More Cohesive eIreland

Anyone who knows me, will know that I work in the best interests of the nation. Party Politics plays second fiddle when it comes to items of national importance.
As a result, I know how hard it can be to accept that someone else of a different political view, has a better idea than you have. I will be asking that all citizens can work better together as an Irish Community, rather than as a collection of Parties.

The first step to achieve this is to ensure that all political parties have an input on government proceedings.

That is why I will implement a Council of Immigration and a Council of Defence. A member from each of the Top 6 parties and Commander of each MU(excluding Dictator) will sit on these councils respectively and work together as a unit, to ensure the best outcome for our country.

From there a Minister of Defense will be appointed by those on the Council.

Furthermore, a Minister of Foreign Relations will be appointed within the Department

A plan will be drawn up to deal with any further MTO threats that fully describes what will happen and the sequences in which they will happen. I will employ all members of the government and Congress to ensure that the most relevant and practical plan of action is created.



A More Active and ProActive Community

When we unite we are unstoppable. That is a fact.

A Department for Citizen Relations will be set-up to ensure the needs of all citizens are met. We must treat our citizens as the protectors of this country. Having all citizen related matters handled under one department will allow us to better organise our community and ensure the country is more efficiently run.

A ‘Community Supply’ will be set-up. Here, citizens may donate all unwanted food, weapons and cc and it can be handed out to other members of the community. This will ensure fairness in our community.

Now more than ever we need our population to grow. But numbers mean nothing. What
counts is those that remain active. For this, we need to ensure that all new citizens get the best start to their elife here. Starter Packs will be handed out to all new citizens and will include food and weapons. The DoCR will also provide an advice service to ensure new citizens are kept up-to-date with all the mechanics of the game.

All matters that affect our country will be fully discussed in Congress. I aim to maintain my idea of Open and Closed Congress discussions.
