Fellow citizens,

I honestly think that I do not need to introduce myself, therefore I will not do that. I want to announce with great pleasure that I will be candidating for the position of El President for the second time in a row. I decided to do so for a couple of reasons: I want to solidify the relations I have managed to built and continue talks with countries regarding cooperation, and I know that I will have as much time in February, as I had in January, to do my best as an official head of eCuba.


I am sure you are well aware of what I managed to achieve during my term this month, and that most of the goals that I have set up for myself in the beginning of the month were successfully achieved. These include, but are not limited to, getting a congress of 29 congressmen (which was not achieved in the past 2 months), almost liberating our wonderful Island from oppressors, making a new friend eBelgium with which I concluded a very convenient deal for us to secure congress in future elections, so far successful control of immigration with the commission that was set up in place, a lot of new friendships outside of LETO/Asteria has been made by our wonderful nation shifting us towards being a more neutral state which helps us make new friends around the eWorld.

In short, I will continue to do the work I do in the MoFA sense, however I would like to give more attention to the internal issues of Cuba. I know I have not fulfilled all the things I was planning to in the MoI department, but efforts were made, and will be continued to be made because less concentration will, hopefully, be needed in fighting and organizing battles against our enemies.

MoD (Ministry of Defense)
There will be some shifts in terms of our policy towards Alliances, as I mentioned above. For example, because LETO is fracturing and some members have already left the Alliance, and because, as we found out, we never really had the chance to get into LETO because of constant Asteria HQ veto against us because of USA, I have already dropped the idea of trying to get into LETO - for me it seems to be pointless, thus a more neutral stance will be taken, making friends with some nations from ROOT, and countries such as UK.

MoFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
In terms of MoFA, I have managed to get a Natural Enemy law initiated by Mexicans declined, due to the NAP I made with their CP and MoFA. I was really glad when that happened, and I wish to cooperate even more with Mexicans and build our relationship from scratch, so that we could cooperate with each other in need of a TW, and not hurt each other anymore. During our war of liberation many countries and people from around the eWorld, including but not limited to ROOT (Alliance), UK, and of course some pro-LETO/Asteria countries, have helped us tremendously, therefore I would love to improve our relations with these countries and sign an MPP with them. In my eyes, a Neutral Cuba = Better Cuba.

MoF (Ministry of Finance)
Because we finally got access to our treasury we are actually able to make various programs active. Charro79 has been advocating for various economics reforms and programs that would help our players integrate better into the community, and have weapons and food for their daily fights etc. I would be glad if Charro agreed to work with Felpudon, who would manage the funds, play the MM market and do other 'economy stuff' that will make us money, and also would give funds to Charro for his programs. Food & Guns for the People! 🙂

MoI (Ministry of Interior)
I think me and Demonaire had some arguments regarding his work, but alltogether I am happy with the effort he has put into the MoI. I think that sometimes he has done a little bit too much which instead of providing help, was providing problems! 😁 However, in the 2nd half of the term I explained exactly how I wanted things to be done (simple and plain) and he followed through. I'd like him to be in the MoI either as a minister or assisting someone else, if there are any volunteers for that position.

MeMe (Ministry of Media and Entertainment)
In short - I WANT MORE GAMES TO BE ORGANIZED. I would like to have poker nights 2 times a week for a small amount of cc, or something like that. I will make sure that this happens, because people need to relax and have fun from time to time. Including myself.

Cabinet:
Some changes will definitely be made. There were people who supposed to be at certain times and didn't show up, there were people who I expected to be online more but they weren't, and there were people who weren't even in the cabinet but did a lot of work. I will provide you with a shortlist for now, but things might change:

The one thing I require is: be active in IRC. IRC is the place where everything happens, and it happens fast, and we might need you to be online at any moment. So if you can be online in IRC and want to contribute to better eCuba - do not hesitate to message me about any position!

Conciudadanos,

Sinceramente, creo que no necesito que me presente, por lo tanto, no voy a hacerlo. Quiero anunciar con gran placer que seré candidato para el cargo de "El Presidente" por segunda vez consecutiva. Decidí hacerlo por un par de razones: Quiero solidificar las relaciones que hemos logrado construir, y continuar las conversaciones con los países en materia de cooperación, y sé que voy a tener mucho tiempo en febrero, como tuve en enero, haré lo mejor que pueda como jefe oficial del eCuba.

Estoy seguro de que usted ya sabe muy bien lo que hemos logrado alcanzar durante mi mandato este mes, y que la mayoría de las metas que se han creado en el comienzo del mes se lograron con éxito. Estos incluyen, pero no se limitan a, la obtención de un congreso de 29 congresistas (que no se logró en los últimos 2 meses), casi liberar nuestra maravillosa isla de los opresores, hacer un nuevo amigo eBelgica con el que llegué a un acuerdo muy conveniente para nosotros para asegurar el Congreso en las elecciones futuras, el control, hasta el momento con éxito, de la inmigración con la comisión que se creó, un montón de nuevas amistades fuera de LETO / Asteria se han hecho por nuestra nación maravillosa cambiando para ser un estado más neutral que ayuda y hace nuevos amigos de todo el eMundo.

En fin, voy a seguir haciendo el trabajo que hago en el sentido de MoFA, sin embargo, me gustaría dar más atención a los problemas internos de Cuba. Yo sé que no he cumplido todas las cosas que planeaba en el Ministerio del Interior, pero se han hecho esfuerzos, y se continuará a realizar porque, con suerte, se necesitará una menor concentración en la lucha y la organización de las batallas contra nuestros enemigos.

MoD (Ministerio de Defensa)
Habrá algunos cambios en los términos de nuestra política hacia las alianzas, como he mencionado anteriormente. Por ejemplo, debido a que LETO está fracturando y algunos miembros ya han salido de la Alianza, y porque, como nos enteramos, que en realidad nunca tuvimos la oportunidad de entrar en LETO debido al constante veto del HQ Asteria contra nosotros debido a EE.UU., ya he olvidado la idea de tratar de entrar en LETO - me parece que es inútil, por tanto, se tomará una postura más neutral, haciendo amistad con algunas naciones de Root, y países como Reino Unido.

Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores (Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores)
En términos de MoFA, he conseguido que una ley de Enemigo Natural iniciada por los mexicanos fuera rechazada, debido a la PNA que hice con su CP y MoFA. Me alegré mucho cuando eso sucedió, y deseo de cooperar aún más con los mexicanos y construir nuestra relación desde cero, por lo que podríamos cooperar entre sí en la necesidad de un TW, y no lastimarnos entre nosotros nunca más. Durante nuestra guerra, países y personas de todo el eMundo nos ayudaron a liberarnos, incluyendo pero no limitadonos a ROOT (Alianza), Reino Unido, y por supuesto algunos países pro-LETO / Asteria, nos han ayudado enormemente, por lo tanto, me gustaría mejorar nuestras relaciones con estos países y firmar un MPP con ellos. En mis ojos, una Cuba Neutral = Mejor Cuba.

Ministerio de Hacienda (Ministerio de Hacienda)
Porque finalmente conseguimos acceso a nuestra tesorería somos realmente capaces de hacer varios programas activos. Charro79 ha estado abogando por diversas reformas de economía y programas que ayuden a nuestros jugadores integrarse mejor en la comunidad, y teniendo armas y alimentos para sus peleas diarias etc. Me alegraría si Charro acuerda trabajar con Felpudon, quien manejará los fondos, jugará en el mercado monetario y hará otras cosas en "materia de economía" que nos vaya a hacer dinero, y también le daría fondos a Charro para sus programas. Alimentos y armas para el pueblo! 🙂

Ministerio del Interior (Ministerio del Interior)
Creo que Demonaire y yo hemos tenido algunos disputas con respecto a su trabajo, pero de todas formas, estoy contento con el esfuerzo que ha puesto en el Ministerio del Interior. Creo que a veces se ha hecho un poco que más que proporcionar ayuda, fue proporcionar problemas! 😁 Sin embargo, en la segunda mitad del mandato le expliqué exactamente cómo quería las cosas por hacer (simple y llano) y él me siguió. Me gustaría que estuviera en el Ministerio del Interior, ya sea como un ministro o ayudar a otra persona, si hay voluntarios para esa posición.

MeMe (Ministerio de Medios y Entretenimiento)
En resumen - QUIERO MÁS JUEGOS. Me gustaría tener noches de poker 2 veces a la semana por una pequeña cantidad de cc, o algo por el estilo. Me aseguraré de que esto suceda, porque la gente necesita para relajarse y divertirse de vez en cuando. Incluido yo mismo.

Gabinete:
Sin duda se hicieron algunos cambios. Había gente que en ciertos momentos estaba ausente, hubo gente que me esperaba más de ellos, pero no, y había gente que ni siquiera estaban en el gabinete, pero hicieron un montón de trabajo. Yo le proporcionará con una lista por ahora, pero las cosas pueden cambiar:

Lo único que se necesita es: ser activo en el IRC. El IRC es el lugar donde todo sucede, y sucede rápido, y puede ser que te necesite así que debes estar conectado en todo momento. Así que si pueden estar en línea en IRC y quieren contribuir a mejorar Ecuba - no dudes de mandarme un mensaje sobre cualquier cosa!
