So, a few days ago the alliance of CoT acquired a brand new and long awaited member in the face of (mother) Russia.
Due to this fact the alliance has grown to 16 members (and wanting for more).In my opinion this is great both for the countries within and for the community as a whole, but along the way of watching the alliance grow i had this feeling of Déjà vu.
Something very familiar in the way the alliance was born and the way it developes.
Somehow i had seen the same scenario happen before.But where? And then it hit me.
Not like Chris Brown hits Rihanna but more like a sudden memory flashing before my eyes.
