[eBe-MoF] day 2769 - Financial update

Hello eBelgium,

It's been a long time since the last review of eBelgium's financial situation.

There is currently 19 gold and 39431 Bef in the national treasury.
In addition, our 2 bank managers hold more or less 600k Bef and 475 gold.

Our tax income allows us only 1 mpp per month but in time of needs we can use these reserves to sign more. That's what we did recently because of the 3 airstrikes targetting us.

The government also wishes to thank Elynea who paid for the mpp with UK currently being voted.
