[eBe] Government gives citizens support for Black Friday

This Friday, 29 November, is 'Black Friday', and the eRepublik team has announced there will be promotions then. Naturally you have all saved a bit of gold to update your training grounds or do another update.

First of all, we would like to stress that you should get all training grounds at Q4 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It is good for you!

If you have not yet done this, you will probably have on 'Black Friday' the perfect opportunity to get one step closer.

Now, you may say: I don't have enough gold for this, but that is not a problem

1) Send a PM to BrunoCND and ask to convert your BEF into Gold. Every 200 BEF equals 1 Gold.
2) You can very easily get a small loan on the eBelgian Forum (up to 40 gold). Just make a post here: http://www.erepbelgium.com/f97-gold-loans where you say what you want to buy/upgrade, how much gold you have yourself and how much you want to borrow.
You can only use the loan for building or upgrading a building (like training grounds, company, ...) Buying energy bars is NOT allowed with the loan. You also need to be above level 25 for a loan.
If you plan on doing a lot: you can even take 2 loans!
If you need more info, or you want to take a loan that is bigger than 40 gold, contact NLSP ASAP!

Now you certainly have the ability to have enough gold by Friday to do an upgrade. In addition to this, the eBelgian State will give you additional support.

IF there is a promotion on TRAINING GROUNDS and you do an upgrade, the eBelgian State will reimburse 20% of the costs! (Offer is limited to eBe citizens that are at least 2 weeks old.)

IF there is a promotion on COMPANIES and you do an upgrade (not buying a new one), the eBelgian State will reimburse 10% of the costs! (Offer is limited to eBe citizens that are at least 3 weeks old.)

If there is a promotion on anything else, for example Rocket Factory or Energy Center, and you make use of this, the eBelgian State will reimburse 5% of the costs! (Offer is limited to eBe citizens that are at least 4 weeks old.)

How can you receive this?

😉 Make a topic and add 'Black Friday' in the topic title, beside your name
😉 Say what you would like to do (upgrade TG for example or upgrade Company or ...), and be specific (so add from what quality towards what quality)
😉 If you would need gold BEFORE the Black Friday Promotion, mention it and ask for a 'loan'
😉 Post before, during or after the Black Friday Promotion proof that you actually did the upgrade

Example 1: I want to upgrade a training ground from Q3 to Q4. Normally this costs 100 gold. A promotion typically gives you 40-45% discount, making it probably 60 gold to do this. I have 40 gold, but because I train daily, I want to have a bit of a reserve still. I go to http://www.erepbelgium.com/f97-gold-loans, ask for a loan of 30 gold and post a screenshot of my training grounds that contains the date and the hour of taking the screenshot. The MoF department transfers me 10 gold in each of the next 3 days. During Black Friday, I upgrade the training ground for 60 gold (we assume now that there is a 40% discount), and I post a screenshot that says 'congratulations with upgrading your training grounds' that contains the date and hour. Furthermore, I post a screenshot of all my training grounds again.
The state reimburses 20% of the costs (this is 12 gold in this example), the amount of the loan that I need to repay is now only 18 gold.

Example 2: I want to upgrade a training ground from Q2 to Q4 (normal price: 150 gold). In a promotion, this would, therefore, probably cost 90 gold. I have 107 gold. Either now or on Black Friday or in the days after Black Friday, I make a topic in http://www.erepbelgium.com/f97-gold-loans. There I post a screenshot of my training grounds before the upgrade, during the upgrade (the screen stating congratulations) and after the upgrade, each of them containing the day and hour, so it can be proven that you did the update on Black Friday. The eBelgian States donates you 18 gold in the week to come.
