[Посланик] eИталия

Day 1,875, 02:17 Published in Bulgaria Bulgaria by DJ Exotic

Здравейте. Този път задачата ни беше ние да си изберем за какво да пишем, и аз реших да пиша за някоя известна италиянка. Ето го и краткото интервю. (за сега е само на анг. език. По - късно ще го преведа)

1) Tell us a little about yourself and how you started the game?
My name's Chiara, I am 31 years old and I have a degree in International Politics. A friend of mine, Super_T, invited me to this game. At the beginning I almost 2-clicked, since last january more or less, I believe when Military Units were introduced. I have always been in Esercito eItaliano and one day I read a player writing about EI giving supplies to its soldiers, so I logged in the chat, and I started to talk with people there, and, well, I never left, nor I plan to do it anytime soon.
2) How was your holidays?
I spent them with my family, as always, of course. We ate together on Christmas Day, we exchanged present but I did not go to the Church with them. I believe in God but I dislike the Pope and the Church. On New Year's Eve I went to Tuscany with some friends of mine and we had a very nice party. I think my holidays went pretty awesome 🙂
3) I see that the military is your favorite unit. What attracted you to it?
In part it has been a choice that has been made by itself, since that eRep economics isn't much stimulating anymore and I even tried the political path (I was CM in April) but I found it really boring. Meanwhile I was asked to be part of the military jerarchy of my Unit. Then a month later I did an internship at the Ministry of Defense, when Fleija was MoD, who asked me to be his vMoD the month later, and in August and September I was MoD under Fleija's Government. Being MoD is a though task, but EI absorbed lots of my time, since I had become 2nd Commander in the meantime, so I did not do it at my best, I know that. Anyway I gave the best that I could.
That helped me nonetheless in being a better player and 2nd Commander, I learnt very much in the strategic matter but I still prefer working for my MU. I love it and I love the players that I met there, I love to co-operate with them. Some left and joined different MUs, but I think that EI is where my heart as a player is, the place where I belong in eRepublik. This is much more enhanced since the military path is the most important in the game, almost everything is build up according to this.
4) How do you think the military unit ever developed?
No clue about that, but what I read about the meeting in December make me have hopes for the future. The creation of Divisions has really been a good move, nowadays younger players have scarce opportunities of reaching players such as Romper, for instance, so Divisions somehow helped in decreasing the differences. I really hope that the possibility of having MU-related firms and some kind of automatic delivery of supplies to soldiers can help smoothing the life inside a Military Unit.
5) And how do you think the new changes will affect this month?
I actually have no idea, since I have only heard rumors about new features but there has been no official statement yet. Of course I read the articles about the changes that were discussed at the meeting, but I do not know whether they will affect this month or the upcoming ones. Anyway I think that PvP fights will strengthen the attachment to a country, so I welcome it, and besides it really will make the game more enjoyable. Hopefully there will be more reasons to stay and play and we will have less dead citizen, maybe.
6) What do you think about eItaly?
What can I say? I love my country, it is beautiful, but it is far from perfect.
We really need a babyboom, but I am afraid that will never happen. The game is somehow disappointing, mostly for youngsters, and the civic climate is far from being relaxed. Italians are very quarrelsome people by nature. And still that is what I think gives eItaly its beauty and character, but it is not an easy feature to have to do with, even for those who live inside our community.
6.1 How it develops? Economically and militarily.
I have never been good at forecasting. I believe that economic development depend on general economy, that in turns is decided by Admins, so I think there is little a government or a Congress can do about it. Whereas on the military point of view, I know that the new CP wants to merge my Unit with an other public Unit which has recently come back to eItaly, after a long period abroad. Other important military changes will hardly take place, in my opinion.
6.2 What do you think about government?
Actually I do not have opinions about it, nor I think should have any, since I am 2nd Commander of the National eItalian Army and thus I receive direct orders by the government, and the Country President in particular: he is the Chief of Army, he lies above the Commander, hence he gives us orders and we respect them, no matter the political kind of government (left o right).
