The moment has inevitable come for me to present my plans of action for (at least xD) the next month, which will be implemented if you decide to appoint me as President of the Philippines.







It is always best to start from the beginning. In order to keep it simple I will simply provide you with a link. I do warn you that you may find outdated information because it gets updated when I find the time xD.







7 days ago, I gave a democratic opportunity to all eFilipinos citizens to apply for any position in the Cabinet. Unfortunately only a hand-full of citizens applied. So that is why the list is incomplete. However, I never leave things to chance and always have a back-up plan. This list will be completed in 2 days time (Disclaimer: this promise may not be fulfilled ONLY in the worst case scenario xD). I will list the names of the people who cared enough to apply the very same moment they read the article:

- Minister of Foreign Affairs: Lacon Yan

- Minister of Education and Information: Vincenzo Roque
- Vice Minister of Education and Information: boy_pick_up

- Governor of the Bank of Philippines: Paul Delos Santos

- Director of the Philippine Immigration Bureau: Paul Delos Santos

Who are they?

Well I believe most of the eFilipino know them. PDS, Vincenzo and Lacon and all famous and loyal citizens of the Philippines. The only "young" member is boy_pick_up (aka redemption331 aka Redemption331 II) who has been having problems with his shared Internet connection. But do not worry if they ban him again he will come back xD. He is if not the most persistent eFilipino ever xD. They have all participated in several governments and are quite familiar with how things work around here.

The activities I will try to push through if I get elected will be closely related to and elaborated with the definition of the Ministries.

First of all, what the hell are the Governor of the Bank of Philippines and Director of the Philippine Immigration Bureau positions?

Those two have been existing in one form or another, so I decided to make them official and more defined.
The Governor will be the only one to have access to the national bank. If I get elected, I will immediately give that exclusive right to PDS and he will have control over the funds. I think most of you know why I will do this, but I will say it anyways. THIS IS MY ULTIMATE PROOF THAT I AM NOT AFTER THE SO HARD EARNED MONEY OF THE PEOPLE!!! This is how I want to prove to all eFilipinos that I am not a PTOer (in the case some still have doubts in their mind).
The PIB is the reincarnation of the previously stated NICA and therefore the Director will be the one to whom all Congressmen must come BEFORE they grant citizenship to any foreigner. All those that will go around this rule will be placed on the Philippines' Personae Non Gratae List and will be marked for life. Those citizens CAN'T and WON'T be elected as Congressmen of the Philippines ever!
As you can see those are two very sensitive and responsible positions and that is why they weren't open for discussion.

Secondly, what is the difference between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Information?

The focus of the MoIA will be the direct contact with the people. The staff will be in charge of food supplies (if needed), coordination of the political parties, surveys and all sorts of things the Government will want to implement and get the feedback. One of my most important focuses will be the involvement of the people in the decision making and the transparency of the Governmental work.
The MoEI will have to monitor all of the happenings: game updates, changes, local and international events and news, shortly - everything new. Also there will be efforts to create brand new tutorials about many aspects of the game.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will play a crucial part in this delicate period. That is why I wanted to have a reliable and experienced person on this position. The previous Ambassador Program will continue, so please contact Lacon if you want to apply for the free positions. With The Battle Of The Alliances nearing it's end, I believe things are about to change. The MoFA will be closely monitoring these events and constantly trying to bring closer old allies and establish new connections. Who knows, we may become part of a new powerful alliance...

The activities of the Ministry of Defense (that has been under my leadership for 3 terms) will mainly continue as they are right now. Most of you already know that a program of "nationalization' began during Mike's term. So far 3 MUs (Elite Assassins, Pacific Air Corps and Dark Side Wolves PH)have been dissolved and their members have become soldiers of the 2 national MUs - Philippine Special Forces and Philippine Military Academy.
I know we all want to earn medals. One of those medals that is hard to make progress in the Philippines is the True Patriot. After the last liberation from the Indonesian occupation we have had only one confrontation - the one with Malaysia. During that war we learned a lot and are wiser now. One of the priorities of the MoD will be the planning for a new war, but probably a Training War this time. I can not give details because more will be known after the elections.
EDIT: I forgot to mention the Graduation Program I will enforce if elected. All D1 and D2 soldiers that are members of the Academy will be supported all the way and once they reach the 30th level will be transferred with honors from the PMA to the PSF (which will probably suffer changes...)

The Ministry of Finance will also be more active this term. The MoF will have to examine the world market and make necessary adjustments to the taxes. The priority will be to create a more stable and citizen-friendly economy.




In summary, if elected I will focus on:
- revitalization of the outdated;
- continuation of the proven;
- invention of the futuristic.
Through reforms we will have progress.
And all of this will happen only and only if YOU decide to vote for me. So allow democracy to take its course and we will all be rewarded.
