[DonMogul] TUP for Congress in London!

Day 394, 14:16 Published in United Kingdom India by DonMogul

Dear all citizens of London,

The Congress elections are swiftly approaching and I am your The Unity Party (TUP) candidate. The TUP has been going from strength to strength in recent times and has been a major force in making the United Kingdom what it is today: an influential international powerhouse.

"OK, this is all very well and good. The TUP is great... but what have you done for me lately?" I can hear you ask.

Recently, I put my hand up to become the Director of the London Branch of the National Health Service. When there have not been any bugs in the London Clinic's friends list and when there have been reasonably priced Q2 gifts on the market, I have been gifting 10 wellness every day to all people in the Clinic's friends list.

"So what do you stand for socially, economically, politically and militarily?"

Socially

I will never cease to work for an even-more-active nation. In both the forums and in-game. We need people to talk to each other even more. We need greater understanding between regions and we need to together smoothly integrate citizens from newly conquered territories.

Economically

I will support (and attempt to implement) policies that will increase the market competition in the United Kingdom. Prices recently have risen far too much - most of which is due to the war against France but also partly due to profiteering companies.

Politically

I will strive to ensure that the democratic rights of every citizen are protected - to the hypothetical death if necessary. Any attempt to curb any right of any citizen will be publicly denounced.

I, like many citizens of the United Kingdom, have become tired of political mudslinging. There was a time where the major parties in the UK would work together harmoniously to make this great nation better, sadly sometimes our politicians have resorted to childish mudslinging which does no one any good. I am all for a reasonable, intellectual debate on any given issue. That is the way it needs to be and that’s the way it needs to remain for the future so that future UK citizens are eBorn into an efficient and welcoming nation.

Militarily

I am a peaceful man. I do not like wars. If the United Kingdom's government wishes to declare war on another nation, they will need to have a number of very good reasons for it. Without solid facts I will not vote in favour of any war. Unnecessary wars cause unnecessary stress in our nation. Stress that we can all do without.
